I don’t really remember how it all started, and looking back I’m certain I was suffering from pre-natal depression too, all I know is that I was in a very dark place, for a very long time but I can now say I’ve overcome. . I’m not going to say that every day is a good day, or that I’m suddenly ‘recovered’ from it, but I can manage my bad days better. . Having a baby wasn’t the cause of postnatal depression, however, it certainly triggered it. It doesn’t take a genius to work out that having a baby will change your life, but this happened after I had my second child. En tant que blogueurs voyage ou tout simplement faisant partie de cette génération, on a la chance de pouvoir voyager facilement et de voir des endroits sublimes. La plupart d’entre nous avons déjà pris une grosse claque visuelle devant un paysage de dingue. Je pense que nous faisons également attention à notre planète. On met en place du zéro déchet, on mange moins de viande, on consomme éthique et local... Certains diront qu’il faut arrêter de prendre l’avion, je ne suis pas vraiment d’accord sur ce point, tant il peut affecter notre passion du voyage. Je vous invite aujourd’hui à réfléchir à une toute petite action de plus que vous pourriez mettre en place au quotidien pour aider encore plus notre belle planète. Ça peut être un tout petit quelque chose comme mettre une bouteille d’eau dans sa chasse d’eau ou acheter/fabriquer des sacs à vrac. De mon côté, en ce moment je me tourne vers la mode éthique et d’occasion, et je n’achète plus de gâteaux car je fais tout moi même (jusqu’à la pâte de dattes pour éviter le sucre, c’était pas gagné au début 😂). 🖇СМЫСЛ ЖИЗНИ🖇  В чём же смысл жизни ? ⠀ ⠀ Я долгое время задавалась этим вопросом. Зачем я здесь? Почему? И где вообще смысл? ⠀ Я поняла. Нету общего понятия «смысла жизни». У каждого человека свой смысл жить. ⠀ Кто-то живёт ради кайфа от жизни , кто-то ради любимого человека , кто-то ради целей. И так примерно бесчисленное множество! Я не могу назвать все ведь они необъятны! ⠀ И со временем я действительно поняла... нужно жить. Бессмысленно просто существовать неполучая кайфа от жизни, не ставя целей или не мечтая о чём-то. ⠀ Все мы живые существа. Но не все мы живём. ⠀ Я нереально счастлива , когда вижу целеустремлённых и морально сильных людей!
