Ugh. So, #sweatnation starts tomorrow and I have joined and left and rejoined this challenge like 5 times. I can’t really do #bbg or ANY of the @sweat programs until I figure out what’s going on with my hip 🙁 So I feel like, what’s the point, why would I join this? I’m not even sure what to do with this IG account for now. But today something told me to rejoin the challenge, because even if all I’m doing is one resistance workout a week, plus my PT stuff, I can also try and do 4-5 #liss sessions (I got approved to try some LIGHT cycling!!) and try to form other new healthy habits too. If my workout plan doesn’t jive with the challenge, I can still leave it officially and do my own thing. So... that’s my plan for now ☺️ I wish I could pause my @sweat app though.
