Am I now able to enjoy myself, eat whole foods, and some processed foods with NO guilt. . I cannot stress how important balance is and this is something I want for each one of you to achieve. A little progress day by day will lead you to big changes, big results. Every small step counts, and is better than just saying "screw it". However, life is too short to not enjoy yourself! 🤗

What motivates you? For me it’s the shit talkers. And by shit talkers I not only mean the people that say you can’t do something but the people that say they can do it better. (But never do) Often I pay them no mind, put my head down and grind but there are days where I like to be proud. Sometimes it may be overbearing almost like boasting. But honestly I have no shame because I have made the most out of my life. I’m not gonna say my life was the worst nor am I gonna say my life was anywhere near easy. But I do know that most people placed in the position I have been placed would crumble, be homeless or maybe worse. I look at my life as a journey and each hardship as a lesson for growth. And I honestly welcome on more failures than most would. You constantly hear the saying “If it was easy everyone would do it.” And there are lots who do it. But few who do it great! As 2019 started I set goals for myself. Goals that are challenging and will most likely take the full year. Never did I ever think I would start a clothing brand. But one day I looked myself in the mirror and had a huge realization that I have had many many times with other aspects. I said “if they can do it why can’t you”. And many of you reading this need to take a good hard look at yourself and say the same thing. Literally go in the mirror, say your ambition/ goal out loud and say why not you. you know what bugs me? when foods have the words guilt free attached to them. If someone posts a “guilt free carrot cake recipe gf, sugar free, dairy free” online, does that mean if I eat some carrot cake that isn’t gluten free, etc I should feel guilty?
