DEADLIFT.... one of my most favourite lift❤. So i lifted after almost 20 days cuz i lost my dad, so I couldn't continue my training😭 and i lost some poundages too.... I feel like my prep set is my main set. But I will cope up soon. But no matter whatever happens from now on just know that I WILL LOVE YOU ALWAYS DAD❤ R.I.P #strongman#lifting is love
I miss prep life! I miss the workouts,cardio, posing, and even... the diet! Honestly, I think what I miss most is the mental struggle of it all. Your mind can be a scary place, especially when your food intake is minimum, your workouts and work out put is maximum and being a woman that plans to stand almost naked on stage in front of judges that will critique every flaw that stands under those damning fluorescent lights is unhinging. Though I was unable to compete on stage, it was a fun experience that I plan on doing again once I have this baby. I look forward to the challenge that lies ahead of me in six months of having to scratch and claw my way back to 12% body fat and finding equilibrium in home life as a working mother of two, wife and all else that falls beneath the sun.
