great day yesterday at the @livelargefitness fall brawl. Ended up 2nd in my class to my training partner and best friend @nicksinicropi5 1188 total next meet I will smash this! Amazing meet environment can’t thank @ironmafia_4brosgym enough for all the work they put into their meets. This sport is incredible 🙌🅱️uildin on up from here.
I used to go to the gym so i could join the military. Then I went to the gym to build my confidence and get control of myself. Now i train because I actually just love it. That feeling of using the strength and potential my body has. Knowing that its the long term results that determination and consistency will get. Ive had my ups and downs, and while i may not always be 100% ecstaticlly happy all the time, while i have fitness in my life, ive never had any real lows since. If ever you feel down, give this a try: head to a gym (if you're not a member get a guest pass) and do any kind of exercise. Doesn't matter what kind a this level, just do what you enjoy. OH MY GOODNESS! You guys, this one will make your legs BURN🔥🔥 . 4x12 squats with 3 pulses every 3 reps😘 Loved squatting like this, Noooo pressure in your back or hips! . I’ve been so busy this semester getting ready for graduation and sitting for my Board exam so I haven’t been posting too much regarding exercises BUT I have a tone recorded I just need to get around to editing them💚 Hope everyone is getting ready for all the food this week, I know I am!😍😋 . Side note, I have no idea what is going on in the group classroom next to me but that instructor was hyped for Thanksgiving lol. Give it a listen.
