Ain't gonna let no numb pinky keep me down! 🤙🏻 Finally got a full practice in this morning since I injured it. It's been 2 weeks and still pretty numb/tingly but I still have hope it will fully heal. 🙏🏻🤞🏻 Also couldn't wait to try out my new @myjunglemat that I won from the last yoga challenge I did. It's awesome btw. 😊
Day 12: #strongflexyshoulders. Last day of the yoga challenge, and let’s be honest inversions are hard. Maybe it’s just me, but my body isn’t real graceful upside down. With that said I don’t try inversions too often so maybe it comes with practice. Pretty true of most things in life. We have to practice to get better. - - - Before doing this practice I also “warmed” up, more like fired up, with @catmeffan, and her newest power flow.
