❗️Shameless plug❗️My brother has a love for strength condition and fitness. It’s incredible what he’s done for his mind, body, and soul with that love. Tonight I did the first workout he wrote for me and all I can say is OW..I’m sore and it’s only been four hours lol. This workout was fueled by a scoop and a half of my yummy pre-workout and some incredibly delicious zucchini noodles for lunch 🤤Tomorrow is an active rest day full of visiting my best friend with my other best friend before she leaves for Spain!! Road trip and yummy food awaits.  PS: it’s incredible all that people are doing to pursue what they love~whether that be writing or running or working out or cooking, let a person do whatever it is they choose to do and let them achieve the most out of it. Encouraging others to do what they love and sharing whatever that may be is something no one should EVER be ashamed of. I’m at fault for not helping others grow their dreams in the past, but that is very much in the past and so seeing it happen now when everyone seems to be carrying such a positive outlook at this new year is pretty annoying. FocusT25:Lower Focus 😮  This is a damn beast. Especially after a crazy busy workday on my feet and a 3 hour trek around the Galleria mall. Wednesday’s for me is usually glutes workout unless I’m training with my coach @jdrusell, I like to dedicate one day of my 3 leg/booty day just to the glutes and minimizing any leg workout the day.  I had an amazing workout, try this exercises but make sure to go as heavy as possible and mind to muscle connection. Esto se conoce  como “implementación de intenciones”, un concepto psicológico que te predispone a tomar esa decisión, y los resultados han sido comprobados por muchos estudios en todas las áreas.  Las personas que escriben su intención por adelantado tienen más probabilidad de terminar decidiendo exactamente eso, en un cita contigo, y no solo en un pensamiento que se pierde en tu mente.  La visualización es una técnica usada en atletas olímpicos para practicar la ejecución de los movimientos, mejorar el rendimiento, e incluso reforzar su motivación.  De esta forma además de ayudarte a tomar una mejor decisión, también se convertirá en un excelente recordatorio para formar el hábito.  5 Hazlo más divertido  Esta parte es indispensable, porque cuando una actividad es divertida es más probable que aprietes tu agenda para poder llevarla a cabo.  Incluso si el ejercicio es de pocos minutos y en tu propia habitación puede ser algo divertido.  Estás son algunas ideas comprobadas: • Sube el volumen y pon música que te guste, ayuda a mejorar tu frecuencia cardiaca y tu desempeño. • Lleva un registro diario para ver que tan constante eres, de esta forma el ejercicio será como un juego. • Premia tu esfuerzo con una recompensa saludable. I felt amazing after today’s lift I highly recommend trying this one out!😇 • • • Tips?? • Hip thrusts: personally I feel like telling people the “correct” form with this movement can be tricky! I’ve listened to so many people saying what the “correct” form is and I never felt it in my glutes properly. My tip is to play around with it and do whatever is best for you!
