Grabbed these at Costco for $20. I've not tried them yet, but I've seen many people talking about them so I think I'll give them a whirl. I usually focus on whole foods, but with heaps of summer travelling ahead of us, I'm fine to throw one of them in my bag (and have them for flights) just in case.
#lostfiles These are a couple of my simple meal prep meals from the last 3 weeks. Im working on being more active as far as posting, but life comes at you fast. And tbh, I’m just trying to maintain my results at this point. Nothing more with this training schedule I’m on. Add that with possibly moving and starting a business and you’ve got one busy girl! Can wait to start my new schedule in a couple of weeks 🙌🏾...
Some days dinner consists of what I can gather to throw in a low carb wrap. When the kids are extra crazy, I'm extra hungry and just a little worn thin, this is a go-to. Tonight's wrap was: Provolone Turkey Avocado Green onion Sweet pepper minis Romaine Chipotle Ranch It was super good!
Tonight for dessert I made @rachaelsgoodeats berry crumble/cobbler 🙌🏼 I used fresh peaches, and blueberries that we picked at the U-Pick farm near us!! Threw this bad boy in the oven before we sat down for dinner and it was ready in no time! It’s sooo easy, seriously go check out her recipe!! And it can be made #keto by using sugar free maple syrup instead of the regular stuff 👌🏼
