I mini muffin al cacao e mele sono facili da preparare. Bastano due ciotole, un cucchiaio e una buona aspirapolvere 😂 Non vi dico la farina fin dove è arrivata! Tilde si è divertita e per la prima volta ha assaggiato i muffin che non le sono mai piaciuti! . Mini muffin al cacao e mela Ingredienti per 10 mini muffin - Cosa serve: . 90 g di farina integrale  80 g di semola 20 g di cacao amaro in polvere  20 g di zucchero di cocco  4 g di lievito 1 mela grossa tagliata a pezzetti 80 g di yogurt bianco di soia  100 g di latte di soia 30 g di olio di riso Mandorle . Riunite in un recipiente tutto gli ingredienti secchi (farina integrale, semola, cacao, zucchero e lievito) Frullate la mela con il latte, lo yogurt e l’olio. Uniteli agli ingredienti secchi e mescolate velocemente. Trasferite il composto in pirottini da muffin (riempiteli per i 2/3). Cospargete la superficie di mandorle e infornate a 180 gradi per 15 minuti . . #diversamentelatte

TASTY TEACHING TUESDAY My kids could not stop eating this chili without chili 😁😂. Not spicy 🌶 at all! It is such an easy dish to prepare on days I teach yoga, as I just throw all ingredients in the instant pot before I teach. After class we come home to a fully cooked dinner. All I add are the fixings: - tortillas - sprouts - cheese - avocado - yogurt  For the chili: - overnight soaked black beans & pinto beans - celery - carrots - crushed tomatoes - broth - herb salt - garlic - onion - fresh cilantro - cumin - enchilada seasoning  My kids like it mild, so I skipped the chili. I stopped eating meat last summer but every once in a while I do eat dishes with bone broth. For this chili I used bone broth.  Chili is usually better the next day, but having soaked in the insta pot for a while (we spent an hour at the playground after class), it was very flavorful & delicious. Post Easter lunchbox Snacks!  We had a lot of fun hiding different ‘treasures’ in these egg-shaped containers over the weekend: everything from bouncing balls to tiny Dino toys! It’s a clever way to indulge in the excitement of Easter, without every hidden treasure being a sugary treat (although there were plenty of those around too!) I got the containers from @picknpay  This morning I packed Grayson’s school snacks into the containers... some grapes, fruit animals and flaked almonds. Hope he likes the creative delivery! Овощной суп от 7 месяцев Ингредиенты: Капуста цветная — 1/2 Штуки Картофель — 2 Штуки Пармезан тертый — 1 Ст. ложка ( по желанию) Молоко — По вкусу Масло оливковое — 4 Чайных ложки Соль — По вкусу Приготовление: Овощи почистите и тщательно промойте. Цветную капусту разделите на соцветия, картофель нарежьте кубиками. В кастрюле вскипятите вместе воду и молоко, опустите подготовленные овощи и варите их до готовности. Отваренные овощи переложите в чашу блендера, добавьте немного отвара, тертый сыр и измельчите все до однородной смеси. Обрабатывая пюре в блендере, добавьте теплое молоко и взбейте суп до кремообразной массы. Добавьте соль по вкусу и подавайте суп, добавив в тарелку 1 ч. л. оливкового масла первого отжима. Суп-пюре из печени  Ингредиенты: Печень — 50 г Булка — 50 г Овощной отвар — 200 мл Молоко — 50 мл Яйцо (желток) — 1 шт Масло сливочное — 5 г Соль  Приготовление: Печень хорошо промываем в холодной воде, удаляем с нее пленки и пропускаем через мясорубку, добавив булку, замоченную в молоке, и желток. Полученную массу хорошо перемешиваем и протираем через мелкое сито. Затем уже готовую массу опускаем в кипящий овощной отвар и варим в течение 10-15 минут, добавив в конце соль. В уже готовое блюдо добавляем сливочное масло. How about going for a forage in your suburb or garden and get baking with some native Australian food!  Lilly Pilly fruit taste like a cross between an apple and a raspberry when cooked. Many of us have these little native berries in our gardens as a screening hedge or a gorgeous tree. You can make delicious jam/ jelly with them too. If you are looking to try spelt for the first time or just want a recipe to use spelt flour in, this is a great one. These flatbreads were so easy to make and delicious 😋. The recipe looks long but the it only take 30 minutes start to finish! By the way, this dough does not need time to rise! 🙌🏽 —————————————————————————— Ingredients:👉 2 cups + 2 tablespoons light spelt flour  1/2 teaspoon fine grain sea salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 cup almost boiling water 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil - Directions: - 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda. 2. Stir in the hot water and oil until a shaggy looking dough comes together. 3. Knead the dough with your hands about 15 times, soaking up the extra flour at the bottom of the bowl as you go. If the dough is still too wet, add a touch of flour and knead again. 4. Shape dough into a ball and place in the bowl. Cover with a tea towel or linen napkin, so it doesn’t dry out. 5. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. 6. Grab a chunk of dough just larger than a golf ball. Shape into a ball and sprinkle on some spelt flour to coat lightly. 7. Place a large nonstick baking mat on the counter and flour a rolling pin. You can also use parchment paper instead of a nonstick mat. Sprinkle the mat with a dusting of flour. 8. Roll the dough all directions into a circular shape until it's paper thin.  9. Drizzle the tortilla with a tiny bit of olive oil and spread it out to coat the entire surface. 10. Place the tortilla on the preheated skillet, oil side down. Cook over medium heat for around 30 seconds and then flip it with a spatula and cook for another 30 seconds or so. If you cook for too long, your tortilla might be prone to tearing or drying out, so keep that in mind. 10. Place cooked tortillas on a plate and cover with a tea towel to prevent drying. Repeat steps for the rest. 12. Store leftovers on a plate with a lightly damp
