The trick to these little beauties is freezing the cheese for 20mins or so before frying👌If you don’t, they’ll spread all over the place 😬 . I have a quick step by step on how to make in my highlights. These are great as a meal, side dish, snack and they’re 💯 kiddos approved🤗 . I used @porkkinggood mixed with Parmesan cheese to “bread” mine but you can use almond flour, Parmesan and spices to bread them as well. . How many of you have tried making keto cheese sticks? Jalepeno & Bacon cheese chips 😋 If you’re a fan of spicy stuff leave a “🔥” in the comments!! . . . . . 3 slices of cheese (I used Colby jack, you could also use shredded, just make each chip about 1 tbsp) 1 slice bacon Sliced Jalepenos . . . Preheat oven to 350F. Cut cheese into 4 pieces each (12 total), place on parchment lined baking sheet, add Jalepenos and fully cooked bacon, bake 7 minutes or until edges turn light brown. . . You could switch to broil and leave in for 2 more mins until edges turn dark brown, if you want a super crunchy / slightly burnt vibe like mine lol. . . . These are really pretty good. I especially enjoyed the sricha one. These are a great protein snack and filling. I'm always looking for quick snacks to fill up my purse in case of emergency. What do you enjoy as a snack??
Staying keto while on vacation IS possible! Tried this lovely diner right across from our hotel & it was delicious! Ate the leftovers with half of a low carb pita 💕 I got the “Chester” burger! 4 or 5 different types of cheeses on a juicy burger!
I have been missing nachos SO tried them with the Parmesan Whisps from Costco! They tasted great topped with cheese, sour cream, guacamole, green olives, pepperoni and onions after I put them in the toaster oven at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes! What would I change? I would cook them at a lower temp, edges burned a bit, and use parchment paper instead of tinfoil, some of them stuck to the foil and I couldn’t eat them. Overall? Let's GO!! --- ➡️ Keto Guide 50% OFF - Link In Bio! ⬅️ Send in your Keto meals and we might feature them! --- Ingredients: 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 pinch red pepper flakes 1 lb ground beef 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp oregano 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes 1 cauliflower, cut into florets 2 cups ricotta cheese 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Drain and set aside. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute. Add ground beef, salt and pepper and cook until beef is browned. Stir in tomato paste and oregano and cook for 2 more minutes. Stir in crushed tomatoes. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour meat sauce over the cauliflower and stir to combine. In a 9x13 baking dish, spread out half the cauliflower. Top with half the ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan. Add the rest of the cauliflower and top with the remaining cheeses. Bake for 25 minutes. So I must share a great customer experience - I ordered 2 boxes of the super yummy mini choc chip cookies from @highkeysnacks One of the bags in one of the boxes fell short on the number of servings in the bag. I made a little video weighing the bags to send to them - I mean, they are pricey so they just can’t take my word for it right! Not only did they replace an entire box, they also sent me a box of the new snickerdoodles mini cookies. THE NEW COOKIES ARE EQUALLY DELICIOUS! Cinnamon and butter flavors shine through.
