✨MUGCAKE DE VAINILLA ALTO EN PROTEÍNA✨ Es perfecto para el antojo dulce de la tarde y es muy bajo en carbohidratos (solo tiene 19 gr), yo lo hice de sabor vainilla pero pueden usar la proteína del sabor que más les guste 🤤 . 🔸Ingredientes: -1 scoop (30 - 35 gr aprox.) de proteína de vainilla -20 gr de harina de avena -20 ml de bebida vegetal de almendras -1 cdita de polvo para hornear -1 cdita de esencia de vainilla -Endulzante al gusto (opcional) . 🔸Procedimiento: 1. Moment of transparency! I have been eating like trash today. I started my period a week early, and it seems like PMS hit me harder than usual. My cravings have been insane. I figured one bite of a dessert I made at work would be fine... Well, I ended up binge eating half the tray (sorry nanny kids lol). I don’t feel guilty, but I feel terrible. About an hour later my head started hurting, and I felt like I was going to be sick. I’m already dreading waking up tomorrow knowing I’m going to feel like I have rocks in my stomach. Like I said, mentally and emotionally I’m fine. Just feeling like garbage physically. What do you guys do to start feeling better?
I’m going to be 100% honest with you all. Lack of food post/images. Lack of post in general. After my birthday vacation at @coachella I fell off the wagon and it’s been hard to hop back on. Just have to remember why I changed my lifestyle, the results, & how great I felt. #igotthis
When someone asks for guac and they say "its extra, is that ok?" I'd like to know if there was ever an individual that said "ok, nevermind" 🤔 . . Running errands and starving doesnt mix. Havent had a good @muchoburritohq salad in a long time. Was really wanting their chipotle vinaigrette but couldnt find the info online and turns out they got rid of it again. 😭 . . Theres gonna be one right around the corner from our new place, but then again theres gonna be a thai express and a Costco there too.... I hear cauli-rice and costco wings calling my name. . . Tonight was a salad with fajita veggies, pico, cheese, chicken, jalapeno, cilantro, guac & ranchero. 🥑 . .
