Taco Seasoning shredded lettuce, for serving Chopped tomatoes, for serving Hot sauce, for serving . DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350F. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat place 1/4 cup piles of cheese 2 inches apart. Press the cheese down lightly so it makes one layer. Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the edges of the cheese are brown. Let the cheese cool for 2-3 minutes then lift it up and place it over the handle of a spoon or other utensil that is balanced on two cups. Let cheese cool completely then remove. While you continue to bake your cheese taco shells place the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat cooking until it is completely cooked through. Drain the grease from the meat and then add the cumin, chili powder, onion, powder, garlic powder, and salt. Pour water into skillet and stir everything around mixing it together. Simmer for 5 minutes or until liquid has cooked away. Just a ‘lil KETO BREAKFAST BURRITO over here, buns! I used a @missionfoodsus Carb Balance tortilla and stuffed it with some @costco Canadian bacon rounds, scrambled @vitalfarms eggs, @tillamook colby jack cheese, and green onions. The seasoning I used was @realsaltketo Real Salt, ground black pepper, and onion salt. – Super yummy and quick keto meal with 6 net carbs. I’m all about easy most days! 🙌

🍗Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast🔥 INGREDIENTS 4 large chicken breasts 1 tbsp lemon zest salt & pepper 12 asparagus stalks, trimmed 3 slices mozzarella cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tbsp olive oil . INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut the chicken breast in half, length-wise. do not cut all the way though. You need to create a pocket into each chicken breast. Season the inside of the chicken breast w/ lemon zest, salt & pepper. Place chicken on work surface & lay the mozzarella cheese & 3 asparagus inside of each chicken breast & fold over, enclosing the filling. In a small bowl mix together salt, pepper garlic powder & paprika. Then season the outside of the chicken breast w/ this spice mixture. Heat a large & oven safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil. Sear the chicken for 3 to 5 minutes each side & until the chicken is golden brown on top. Place the chicken in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes. I purchased a huge @hidden.valley dry ranch mix from BJ’s which allows me to make my ranch right at home🙌🏾 • • • 1/2 cup mayo 1/2 cup sour cream 1 T dry ranch 1/4-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or more, depending on how thick/thin you like it) Mix & that’s it! 💥This recipe is SUPER versatile. Add chipotle peppers for Chipotle Ranch, add Cilantro & Jalapeños for Jalapeño Cilantro Ranch, add cajun spices for Cajun Ranch, etc.. .ok, you get the picture😂 💥💥Nashville Chicken Sauce is a few posts back😜🤤

Went to brunch yesterday with friends & ordered a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich🤤 Was it keto approved? NERP, but I did omit the bread🙌🏾👏🏾🤣Immediately started a 24 hour fast once I was done & I’m back on track! Please don't do what I do until you know yourself fully + your body. • • • Anywho, I wanted to recreate a “keto version” because I love a good spicy chicken ANYTHING! So I charred my chicken thighs in a cast iron, finished them off in my air fryer, then poured my homemade sauce on top (money shot😂). Never get discouraged when you see people dropping sizes & it seems like you’re not. There is a 50 pound difference in these pics and I can STILL fit those fitness pants I did in October. Same with jeans, I haven’t dropped drastically in those but alllll I know is I FEEL GOOD. This feeling triumphs dropping scale numbers and pant sizes. Happy Friday, all.
