½ lb. grass-fed steak (such as ⁣ rib-eye), sliced into strips⁣ 4 large collard green leaves⁣ 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin ⁣ 1 small onion, sliced thin⁣ 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil⁣ 1 cup green cabbage, shredded⁣ ½ cup tomatoes, diced⁣ 1 tbsp. cilantro, minced⁣ 1 avocado, pitted and smashed⁣ ½ tsp. salt⁣ ¼ tsp. black pepper ⁣ ½ tsp. chili powder⁣ ½ tsp. cumin⁣ ⁣ Serve with fresh salsa⁣ ⁣ Directions:⁣ In a large frying pan fill it up ¾ of the way with water. Bring the water to a boil. On a cutting board take each collard green leaf and using a sharp knife shave the thick stalk down until it is the same thickness as the leaf. This will allow the leaf to become more flexible for wrapping.⁣ ⁣ Using a pair of tongs place each collard leaf (one at a time) into the boiling water for about 30 seconds. Remove the collard leaf and lightly pat the excess water off with a paper towel.⁣ ⁣ In a pan sauté your onions and bell pepper in the olive oil a few minutes or until they are nicely browned. Add in the sliced steak, salt, pepper, chili powder and cumin then sauté for 2-4 minutes depending on how you prefer your steak to be prepared.⁣ ⁣ To assemble the burritos: Lay out two collard green leaves on a cutting board, slightly overlapping each other. On the right side of the leaf add in the steak fajita mixture the top with the tomatoes, avocado, cabbage and cilantro. You will roll this like a burrito gently folding in the sides and wrapping it tight. Taco Seasoning shredded lettuce, for serving Chopped tomatoes, for serving Hot sauce, for serving . DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350F. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat place 1/4 cup piles of cheese 2 inches apart. Press the cheese down lightly so it makes one layer. Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the edges of the cheese are brown. Let the cheese cool for 2-3 minutes then lift it up and place it over the handle of a spoon or other utensil that is balanced on two cups. Let cheese cool completely then remove. While you continue to bake your cheese taco shells place the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat cooking until it is completely cooked through. Drain the grease from the meat and then add the cumin, chili powder, onion, powder, garlic powder, and salt. Pour water into skillet and stir everything around mixing it together. Simmer for 5 minutes or until liquid has cooked away. Add meat to taco shells and top with your favorite taco toppings. - - - 📷 by @delish

- Keto Ham Egg & Cheese Roll-Ups 💚💚 -  Follow Us 👈 For More Keto Recipes - INGREDIENTS 10 eggs 2 tsp. garlic powder kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar 1 c. baby spinach 1 c. chopped tomatoes 20 slices ham  DIRECTIONS Heat broiler. In a large bowl, crack eggs. Whisk together with garlic powder and season with salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add eggs and scramble, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Stir in cheddar until melted, then stir in baby spinach and tomatoes until combined. On a cutting board, place two slices of ham. Top with a big spoonful of scrambled eggs and roll up. Repeat with remaining ham and scrambled eggs. Today's Recipe: KETO PIZZA ROLLS! 🍕 An AMAZING meal by @ketowithrosa Let's COOK! 👇⁣👇 --- INGREDIENTS: DOUGH •2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded •3 ounces cream cheese •3/4 cup coconut flour •1/2 tsp Italian seasonings •1/4 tsp onion powder •1/2 tsp garlic salt •1/2 tsp xanthan gum •1 tbsp baking powder •2 eggs . FILLING •1/2 cup sugar free marinara sauce (Rao's Brand or any other) •8 ounces mozzarella cheese sliced or shredded •2 ounces pepperoni slices . INSTRUCTIONS 1. For the dough, melt the 2 cups shredded mozzarella with the cream cheese on the stove top until combined well or in the microwave for 2 minutes. 2. Stir in the remaining dough ingredients. Wet your hands and mix together as best you can to form a dough 3. Roll between two pieces of parchment paper to the size of 8 by 16 inches. 4.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. 5. Spread half the sauce over the dough. Lay the sliced mozzarella over the sauce. Spread out the slices of pepperoni. 6. Roll up and cut roll in half. Then slice 12 pieces. 7. Lightly spray an 8 inch pie dish with olive oil cooking spray and place the rolls in the pan. Top with remaining sauce. 8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until browned on the edges. 9. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes or you won't be able to pick them up as they will be too cheesy. . Chili Lime Chicken Burgers w/homemade keto buns & guacamole. . . Chili Lime Patties were from @traderjoes! My first time trying them and I really like them! They taste super healthy and have a light flavor to them. The buns came out pretty good! So filling that I couldn't finish the burger.  Boyfriends Review: "these buns have a toasty flavor to them. Today's Recipe needs ONLY 4 ingredients! Why are Keto desserts just SO DAMN GOOD?? 😋😋 These AMAZING Coconut Chocolate Bars were brought to you by @shredhappens 💓💓 Let's GO! 👇⁣👇⁣ --- --- INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a small food processor, pulse 1 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes for about 25-40 seconds. Don’t over do this, but get it super fine where it almost gets creamy.  2. To the pulsed coconut flakes, add 1/3 cup coconut cream (canned) and 1/5 - 1/4 cup sweetener. Then pulsed again until everything was well combined. You have the option of adding a pinch of salt and/or 1 tsp of vanilla extract. . 3. Shape these how you want! 4. Put in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes to firm up.  5. While they are in the freezer, melt your chocolate on the stove top. You can use a saucepan and bring water to a simmer, then add the chocolate to a heatproof glass bowl to melt. (Here, you have the option of adding 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and melting along with the chocolate to make it more liquid. ) 6.When the chocolate is melted, take the filling out of the freezer and using a fork, dip them into the melted chocolate and cover in chocolate. Put on a tray to let the excess chocolate drip off and put in the fridge/freezer for another 5-10 minutes to firm up.  ENJOY!!

Spicy Sesame-Cashew Noodle Salad by @rainbowplantlife 💛 Recipe: Ingredients ⠀ 8 ounces buckwheat soba noodles or brown rice noodles⠀ 1 head of broccolini, cut into florets ⠀ Spicy Sesame-Cashew Sauce ⠀ Pan-Fried Tempeh ⠀ 1 ½ cups shelled organic edamame ⠀ 3 large carrots, peeled and shaved into ribbons ⠀ 2 watermelon radishes, sliced into thin strips ⠀ ½ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped⠀ 1 bunch scallions, sliced on an angle ⠀ For serving: Black or white sesame seeds⠀ ⠀ Spicy Sesame-Cashew Sauce⠀ ¼ cup cashew butter ⠀ 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice ⠀ 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium tamari or soy sauce ⠀ 1 tablespoon coconut nectar, brown sugar, or agave nectar ⠀ 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil ⠀ ½ -1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (to your spice preference)⠀ 2-inch piece fresh ginger, grated or finely minced⠀ ½ cup water ⠀ ⠀ Pan-Fried Tempeh ⠀ 1 tablespoon refined coconut oil or neutral oil of choice ⠀ 8 ounces tempeh, cut into ½-inch slices ⠀ 2-3 teaspoons reduced-sodium tamari or soy sauce⠀ ⠀ Directions ⠀ Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the soba noodles and broccolini (or broccoli) and cook according to the package instructions. My noodles had a cook time of 5-6 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time for broccoli. If you are using noodles with a longer cook time, add the noodles first and then add the broccoli when there is 5-6 minutes left of cook time on the pasta. Drain in a colander and rinse well under cold water and toss to remove some of the starch. Alternatively, you can steam or blanch the broccoli in a separate pot or using an Instant Pot. ⠀ ⠀ Meanwhile, make the Pan-Fried Tempeh. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Preheat oven to 250º and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each slice of cheese into 9 squares and place in a medium bowl. Add taco seasoning and toss to coat. . Lay cheese slices in an even layer (make sure none are overlapping!) on prepared baking sheet. Bake until crisp and golden, 40 minutes (they will crisp up even more when cooled). Here is how to made everything: . 1.Started with a piece of wild salmon that I patted down with a paper towel. In a separate bowl, combined 1 tablespoon szechuan chili oil, 1-2 tsp minced garlic, a dash of paprika, some sea salt, and then massaged it into the salmon and let it sit while the oven preheat. . 2.Preheat oven to 450F and put your salmon in for 13-15 minutes. Alternatively, you can airfry it or make on the stovetop…your choice. While the salmon was going, I prepared the rest of the dish. . 3. I started with a big base of @josiesorganics baby lettuce mix and put it into a serving bowl. . 4. In a small pan, I sautéed some mushrooms and sugar peas for a few minutes in olive oil and some trader joes umami seasoning. But you can season them with any spice you like. Sea salt, pepper, Garlic powder, seasoning salt, & umami all go really well. . 5. I had some medium-boiled eggs that I had prepped previously (these were boiled for 8 minutes then put in an ice bath) that I sliced in half and dipped in some chili flakes. And sliced about 1/4 of an avocado that I had left over from this morning. . 6.Put the salmon and everything else on the dish. Snapped a few photos in good light then devoured!

(Optional marinade here for 20mins with some lemon juice to protect against AGE’s) 2️⃣Preheat Griddle pan to high & preheat oven to 350F/180c 3️⃣ Slice then courgettes & grill either side till caramelised. Remove. 4️⃣Add all the chicken breasts to the Griddle pan and leave for 3 Mins before turning over and repeating to other side. (The more you move and touch them the higher chances of them sticking to the pan.
