So my alarm goes off at 4:42 every single day. Today I pushed snooze one too many times. Will I let this set me back?! No way! Life happens and I know sometimes I won’t always get my morning workout in. Want to know some positive things about my day?? * I am going to push play NOW! It may be 14 hours later, but I’m still making time for me! * I have stayed on track with my nutrition and drank my water# * I’m getting (more) sleep than last week! * I haven’t had any sweets this week! (Besides my Beachbar, and those don’t count!) * I am BLESSED to have a body capable of moving and letting me push it to a whole new level! I think those are enough for now...let’s just say, I want you to stay positive with your journey. Some days won’t go according to plan, and that’s ok! Just don’t give up, that’s not ok, you are worth it! #teamupliftandinspire#happyhealthyhumble#healthymom#busymom#momof3#workingmom#noexcuses#motherhood#mommylife#momsofinstagram#girlmom#boymom#toddlerlife#doitforyou#itsnevertoolate
Recovery is a slow process. You have to take it step by step and oftentimes, those steps feel tiny. But it doesn’t matter how big your steps are, as long as you’re taking them, you’re doing great. It’s easy to be too hard on yourself during your recovery process, but it’s important to try not to be. Even if you aren’t seeing progress, it’s there. It can take years to get to where you want to be, you aren’t going to see a change overnight, you probably won’t even see real change in the first month. But slowly but surely, if you’re patient and persistent, you’ll see it. And there will be times when you’ve been doing great and you hit a really hard low place, that’s okay. That’s a part of the recovery process. Push through. Even if you relapse, that’s normal too, don’t let that stop you from picking yourself up and continuing on. It doesn’t undo all of your progress, it’s just a setback, the confidence and experiences you gained during the journey don’t disappear when you relapse, they help you get back up. You can do this, stay strong lovelies!! 😘💕

What’s one of your favorite frozen or pantry items to use? Got in late last night and haven’t been to the store yet. Thankfully, I’ve had some great tips from the food freedom program, so that even though I prefer to use fresh ingredients, i’m prepared for those times when I don’t have them! PLEASE tell me you’ve been there too 😳 Tonight, these frozen and pantry items came to the rescue for a healthy and filling dinner tonight...Perfect for this chilly night! ➡️ Check through all of the collage to see how I made it and what I used. 😊

Well can’t say it’s been easy, and took like a 5 month break in between where I gained 3 lbs back, but this journey is definitely worth it! From 15-26 yrs of age I was always in between 120-125, which I think is too skinny for my frame now (I’m 5’5”) but late 20s was tough and i believe it ppl, your metabolism definitely slows down!! I gained 15-20 lbs per yr after that! 😩 I wasn’t feeling good about my body anymore and it skyrocketed my anxiety.. working from home at a computer for split shift fkd it up even more, but I’m glad I decided to do something about it! Exercising and eating healthier is the only way to go. I’m sticking to a 1200 calorie diet and intermittent fasting (16:8) for now until I get to my goal weight. Baby steps and small goals makes it so much easier! If you are not happy with something like your health and/or weight, remember that #itsnevertoolate !! From size 15, xl dress, size large shirt I’m down to size 11, l dress, med shirt! #weightloss#goalgetter#youcandoit#instafit#healthyliving
“Say Yes to What Matters and No to What Doesn’t“ Hi, friends! 👋🏻 This is day three of Rising Tide Society’s #bestgoals2019 Instagram challenge - encouraging creatives to set meaningful goals! Today is about saying yes to what matters and no to what doesn’t. (For some, donuts might fall under both categories.😂) . Without hesitation I say yes to intentionally cultivating authentic connections and spending time doing worthwhile things. (It takes some balancing and time but it’s doable!) Conversely, I say no to things that hinder me from doing the two. What about your “yes” and “no?” Do you find it challenging to determine those and do they ever conflict? . Are you a creative entrepreneur who needs a little encouragement with goal setting? Join @risingtidesociety + @honeybook + @cultivatewhatmatters and be a part of #communityovercompetition! Participate in this weeklong #bestgoals2019 Instagram challenge!
It’s hard work, it’s staying up late or waking ridiculously early, it’s sacrificing sleep, it’s having to say “no” sometimes, it’s a lot of hard work in the beginning. I’m at that stage and probably will be for a while because it takes consistent hard work. But I’m working for the someday. The day when It becomes a reality that I don’t ever have to work for someone else again, the day where I can pay for my family to take vacations whenever we want and not just when it’s convenient for my work, the day where I don’t have to say “not this year” when our families want to go on a cruise together.... I will put in the work now so my family can have many freedoms in the future. I know it’s not the conventional way to make a name for yourself but it’s my way.
Where have I been? I decided to go back to school and finish my M.S. in Psychology. I stepped away from grad school over 10 years ago for many reasons. Last year I was ready to complete my goal as I know it is the perfect companion to my passion for End of Life Planning. Graduate Statistics class is a bear but I really like it. The struggle is mine, the joy is mine and this dream is mine. #2019#itsnevertoolate#oldeststudent 🤓#goal #lifecoach#endoflifecoach#forrestercoaching
I own this quote, it is me and most likely many of you too. So many of us spend our lives running around being everything to everyone else and somewhere along the way we loose ourselves, but we continue to do it and think it’s just normal. No it’s not! Giving up who you are to accomodate other peoples idea of who you should be is a huge mistake. It hurts your soul and you become a hollow shell of yourself. Especially as busy mums we do it without even thinking about it, always giving. Self love is so important to living a happy fulfilled life! Remember who you are and live a life without “I wish I had” it’s never too late. Get out of the back seat girls , you don’t belong there 😘 At 58, single and free I remember who I am and am making changes to live MY best life 😍 @projectblossom_ #behappy#over50#fulfillment#womanincharge#freshstart#liveyourlife#itsnevertoolate#befree#singlemom#singlelife#free#beyourself#takingcontrol#womenempowerment#womensupportingwomen#projectblossom🌷

10 year transformation - From 30 to 40 what a transformation not just physically but also mentally! - I've said this before but up until a few years ago I was never truly happy with who I was, I needed approval from everyone and everywhere. - I was so worried about the opinions of others I would act a certain way and do things in order to please people whether it made me happy or not. - Social situations used to make me so anxious, that hasn't 100-percent gone away but I deal with it very differently these days! - I used to deal with by self medicating with liquid calories and I'm not talking juices! - Honestly, I think for many years I used alcohol as a bit of a social crutch because I just didn't really know how to deal with myself not feeling like I truly fitted in anywhere. Wow it not the first time I've ever written that anywhere! - In that picture I'm stood next to my now ex boyfriend looking back at that time it's so obvious to me now that everything I was doing, how I was living my life, none of it was for me, it was all to get his approval so he would like and love me. - I'm so far from that woman in that picture it all seems so ridiculous now but that's what happens when you are not truly happy with yourself you spend your entire life living for others not for yourself. - One of my biggest fears is living with regret I would rather take a risk and fail then look back when I'm 80 and say god I wish I hadn't lived my life I wish I'd done more, taken more action Found What truly made me happy. - Looking back to 10 years ago I am so f****** glad that my life and my mindset have moved on. - End of 2009/beginning 2010 I split from the ex there was a lot of heartache and hardtimes as I tried to piece myself back together ( not without the amazing support of my family and friends - The last 6 ish years of my life although not always smoothe have brought about some of my biggest and most positive changes and I seriously feel like things are only just
I am SO blessed that my job is to bring #moms together with their #newbaby to find or build their #village during this very lonely thing called #motherhood. Our term started yesterday and we still have space for more moms in our bigger space. The first few months are daunting and scary and new but just leaving the house for an hour can make a world of difference. #comejointhefun#itsnevertoolate Thank you Kath for the lovely post! #repost @katherine_hardy16 (@get_repost) ・・・ Yay first class of @momsandbabessomersetwest for 2019!! What fun it was!!! Freya loves it so much she napped for three hours after! Thanks @kylie_cakes_montgomery 😘#freyaisabelhardy #momsandbabes#fun#workathomemom#watchthemgrow
I absolutely adore the book and the movie Under the Tuscan Sun. I will watch the movie on repeat and experience the feels over and over without ever tiring of Frances’ experiences. And I love her words...we can’t always live our lives on a whim. When we place purpose with choices, the choices become more meaningful. The journey becomes OURS. ❤️ Who else loves the movie? And Marcello? 💋 Or would love a part 2?? @francesemayes and @dianelane.official we need a part 2!!
