Yeah - when minced, turkey actually isn't a dry mess. Who would've thought it possible?
Last nights adventure took me to @coppibelfast - if you’ve never been then we can’t be friends. . This is one of the best Italian eateries in NI, if not the best. For me it’s a different take on the Italian food we are used to in Belfast, it’s almost a move away from traditional Italian food with a more contemporary approach! . The quality of ingredient is also very evident, I know some may not consider but for me this is what can often set restaurants apart, the quality of the produce and the way it is cooked and presented. In Coppi this is second to none. . Price point is a slightly higher than some other Italian eateries but again, the quality of produce and the creativity of the chefs at Coppi make this something to overlook, seriously this food is fantastic. . Starters and desserts come in the form of sharing small plates, I could happily just eat these all day, I’d make my way through each and every one, and then I’d return to the Feta Fritters for another portion (they are magnifico) . I was invited down so this is technically a #adunpaid promotion but I was under no ligation to even post about it, but I had too!
