I remember the first time I came to Rome, back in 2003, I saw this house and I fell in love. It's fanciful but fits into the neighborhood at the same time. Even though I've seen this house countless times, I still stop a second and appreciate it. It's a like a stranger that smiles at you. If I were an architect, I would create all my designs with the ability to smile at people.
The Adoption of Elizabeth #wip Flats, quick basic shading, no highlights yet. Plan to add more 💐 as well as a coupla 🐦ies to break the symmetry more. Will add color later down the road as to not confuse myself and to manage my values better. Still trying to loosen up my drawing style. I’ve become so uptight over the years. I didn’t used to draw like this. Haha I need to do some scribbly warm-up sketches everyday I think to get me outta this funk. I mean, I still think my drawings are coming out very nicely but I’d like to get my loose style back. There’s some reluctant transparency for you. Hope you enjoy it....and the drawing too of course. Ok love u bye..
