Honestly, take a look at all the expenses you have made to that gym you barely go to, to the fad diets you have tried, to the subscriptions that actually did nothing, class passes, the meal replacements you forced yourself to eat/drink.. how were all of those expenses? 🤔 . Happy motivation Monday everyone! Well Wednesday 😂. But seriously this quote could not be more true. If you have any kind of goal or dream just start working towards it! Make it hobby until one day it is not a hobby! Even if it is just 30 minutes a day when you wake up or 30 minutes before bed, that time surely adds up and it’s such a small fraction of our day. Think about it that’s 3.5 hours a week we have then invested into our goals, or 3.5 hours a week invested into truly living. Step outside your comfort zone, embrace fear, and learn to live with the kind of energy that will wake you up without an alarm. The hardest part to anything is always starting! Make today the day that you start that project or activity you’ve been wanting or meaning to do. Make today the start of something great for yourself. One foot in front of the other, little by little everyday. And one day you’ll look back and be thankful you set a side those measly 30 minutes a day for the true you.
