Ciao mamme,  Oggi vi voglio raccontare la storia di una mia cliente 22 anni, 30 kg di sovrappeso, lavorava da lunedì al sabato  dalla mattina alla sera e cresceva suo figlio.  Bene ora mi chiedete come mai ho fatto questa premessa ebbene per farvi capire che il tempo se vuoi qualcosa lo si trova.  G. (La chiamiamo così) ha iniziato per i primi 2 mesi a controllare solo l'alimentazione e abbiamo cercato insieme un rimedio efficace che potesse funzionare contro il suo stimolo di fame nervosa.  In 2 mesi ha perso 11kg, e ha introdotto per i successivi 2 il workout prima una volta ogni 3 giorni, poi ogni 2, allenandosi la sera quando il bimbo dormiva per non privarlo di altro tempo con lei.  Nei suoi primi 4 mesi ha perso 20kg.  Ieri mi ha mandato una foto con il mano la tessera della palestra. Sono super orgogliosa di lei, come lo sono di tutte le mie clienti. If you want to do things right, don’t rush the process. Here is a pic of day one vs the the day after my last show. This dieting phase lasted over 30 weeks. We often get emails from prospective clients who want to do competitions wanting to start 12 weeks out. In most cases, this is going to be nowhere near enough time to be at your absolute best. Taking the appropriate amount  of time to prep as a competitor, is one of the smartest things you can do. You never know what obstacles may arise that can effect a contest prep. Things such as injuries, slip ups with diet, work and family stresses etc can all play a roll.  Taking enough time to prep can also allow for diet breaks for some competitors. This can make the process much easier to accomplish.  One of the core things people need to realize is fat loss will slow down, so although you maybe lose 2-3 lbs per week at the beginning of prep, being able to lose a fraction of that is more often than not the case later on in the process.

Here’s my before and after shot, a week apart. Swipe left to see what I’ve had to have in my nose for the last week. 😭  I’ve went the last 10+ years not being able to breathe out of one nostril (I had no idea btw) and only found out recently that it was the cause for many of my health issues. After having three different procedures on my nose and sinuses and experiencing the most painful and exhausting week of my life, I can now breathe and it feels gooooood. 🙌🏼(still a lil swollen but I’ll take it!) Here’s hoping I feel like new! 🥳
