A new direction for the Fin collection by @originalbtc that holds equal elegance to it's predecessors. Its intricate bone china shade has been inspired by organic forms that, when lit, cleverly accentuates the inherent beauty of its material. Suspended by the trademark cotton braided cable, the Horizontal Fin makes a striking feature in any interior - particularly when combined in multiples of three.
Colour chameleon... Love that colours on our walls change depending on what they are paired with and the light. That top border wasn't actually as lilac at the showroom. It was more a rich grey, fading into lilac. But the main reason I snapped this photo last week in London was to see if I can convince OH to go for more minimalist furniture like this sofa. My reasons: 1) there are lots on the second hand market of this style from 40-50 years ago 2) in a small space it is very functional 3) I quite like it and find the shape and size calming OH is still pondering...or stalling with the answer. The only drawback I see: a sofa like this, unlike our current one, has no storage or guest bed built in. What do you think? Do like it? Is it better to go with something like this or a bigger multifunctional piece in a small family apartment? . . . . #ss19#colourtrends#paintcolors#instagraminteriorchallenge #
