PÃO AUSTRALIANO FUNCIONAL  Ingredientes: 2 ovos orgânicos  1 xícara de chá de fécula de batata 1 xícara de chá de farinha de arroz 1 xícara de chá de polvilho doce 1 colher de sopa de biomassa de banana verde 1/3 de xícara de chá de farinha de quinua ou farinha de painço 3 colheres de cacau em pó orgânico 1/3 de xícara de chá psyllium 1 colher de sopa rasa de chá de fermento para pão ¼ de xícara de chá de óleo de girassol 1 ½ xícara de água morna 1 colher de chá de sal marinho ou Rosa 1/3 xícara de chá de mel  Modo de Preparo: Hidratar o psyllium na água por cerca de 10 min. Reservar. Misturar todos os ingredientes secos em uma vasilha. Adicionar os ingredientes líquidos (ovos, psyllium hidratado, biomassa, mel e o óleo). Misturar bem até obter uma massa homogênea e maleável. Formar uma grande bola com a massa e colocar em forma untada (tipo pizza). Deixar crescer até dobrar de volume. .
