She ain’t a beauty and it’s probably deeply uncool to admit I love something that’s served in what is essentially a rice cracker bowl but I just don’t care. The firecracker chicken from Beijing Dumpling in Chinatown is one of my great loves. Spicy, garlicky and probably tossed in a liberal coating of msg - be still my beating heart. Not everything we eat can be the most perfect, authentic thing and I am very ok with that (also have a great love for plastic cheese, so sue me)

Alright guys this is my best yet I think... Memorial Day weekend, summers around the corner, everyone loves a good burger and y’all need these Hawaiian BBQ sliders in your life Literally takes no time at all for them either which is a must for me..and I kid you not this has been my dinner 3 times this week 🤤 For the burger: 2 oz patties of 93% lean ground beef mixed with the @kinderssauce spice Grill them up to your liking Pineapple: coat each side with a little honey bourbon glaze and toss on the grill for a few minutes or until golden Sauce: (each burger gets 1/2 serving for reference) mix together 1 serving of light mayo with 1 serving honey bourbon glaze I used Hawaiian Savory butter rolls but you can use any slider bun you want! Be a great role model...sit down and eat together (and be sure to fill your plate with a variety of healthy choices) 2. Involvement helps! Allow kids to select fruits and veggies at the grocery store and let them assist in meal prep 3. Don't force your child to eat but continue to offer...keep in mind that it can take up to 10 times to decide whether or not they truly like something 4. Continuing the purple trend w/a blueberry almond butter smoothie bowl☂️☂️ I know everyone talks about this, but I really have been engulfed by the “keep going” mentality lately. I’ve convinced myself that I need to get a certain amount of things done and do certain workouts in order to feel accomplished, and don’t realize I’m pushing myself until I wake up and have a huge symptom flare up (aka like today.) Instead of doing this boxing workout today, I did some yoga, and instead of finishing all my work today, I allowed myself to step back and pace myself, and finish everything tomorrow. Who else has been feeling this? It can be hard, but sometime you gotta listen to your body over your mind❕ Smoothie dets.: 3/4 cup frozen blueberries, a handful of spinach, 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup frozen blackberries, 1 tbsp. almond butter, 1 scoop of protein powder.
