I still know nothing. 😅😂 Don't get me wrong, I know I'm knee deep in and I'm much more knowledgeable than at the start 🤓 but each and every day I discover new spirits, learn more about production, discover new flavors...💖 My horizons broaden exponentially and for everything I learn, two other new questions arise.🤯 Do you ever feel similarly? . For today's cocktail I was using Amuerte White 💀 a gin that's distilled with a series of funky exotic botanicals (Coca Leaf, Finger Lime and Sichuan Pepper,...).🌿 And while I 'know' the flavors, I was stuck with the product for a while.☠️ I just didn't know what direction I wanted to take it... 🤷 as most of you know that while I enjoy a good old 'Gin & Tonic', on here I want to lift spirits up to another level, showcase them 'differently'.🥃 Ultimately it was a lucky combination with @ottos_athens_vermouth that gave me the kickstart I needed.🍷 I then added some fruitiness in the form of @queensofdenmark 's Organic Strawberry Liqueur 🍓 and finished all off in a Sour template of lime/simple/bitters/eggwhite.
