During the week I eat pretty keto. I don’t track macros or calories but I don’t have grains, carbs or anything heavy. I eat proteins, veggies and healthy fats and I’m really loving how I feel and how my body is responding to this. On sundays though - I eat carbs well, because #balance ☺️ I don’t go crazy though. I make smart choices in my carbs like my breakfast this morning. I LOVE these Dave Killer Bread berry bagels toasted with butter and 🤤🤤🤤🤤
While everyone else is gearing up for the actual day, we can rest easy now because our BIGGEST day of the year is over! Today all the birds are headed to their new homes - FRESH turkey for Thanksgiving dinner!🕺🏼💃🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My husband's the poultry farmer in the house and he always stresses about the flavor - not wanting to disappoint any customers.👨🏼🌾💕 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So first thing after they're slaughtered, we hack off a wing from our bird and cook it up to make sure the flavor is as exquisite as expected. NEVER disappoints! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Every year I tell him he doesn't have to worry, and still, he rests ONLY after he eats that wing and can be confident everyone will be super happy.🦃❤️
