What abs do u work most? Majority would say the picture on lower left Contract abs, do you draw your belly toward your back? You are probably missing the Transverse Abdominis. Try cough & hold the contraction unless you can draw in without a trigger. Transverse Abdominis is like a tight internal weight belt, or Spanx for ladies.  It goes around & protects back. So I’ll be using a drop-set method with higher weight to grow and strengthen the muscles. I used the NSCA Loading Chart to determine reps/weights so that I can continue to challenge myself. The more scientific you can make your workouts, the greater results you will see. So here’s how I did these exercises! Save for later babes and tag a friend (or two) who needs to try these exercises. I think these women are amazing.  They carrying these baskets for miles & some daily.  The majority of people could not do this.  Maybe they can balance it but most likely nowhere near as long.  Look at her shoulder & neck alignment, it is perfectly stacked.  Our bone structure stacked can hold it but not when you have rounded shoulders & forward head.  The person in the second picture would not be able to handle the weight. Have a peanut ball? Or two sport balls you can stick in a sock? An easy exercise you can do at home if you deal with heal/foot pain, specifically conditions like plantar fasciitis. Improve the quality of your tissue up the chain verse focusing just on the area of pain.  Video #1 (TOP): Sitting on your back, place your leg on top of the peanut so your achilles tendon is in the middle of the balls. Start by rolling up and down,  specifically focusing from mid-calf to base of heel. Notice areas of high tension or sensitivity. Work through those areas by maintaining local pressure or changing your foot angles.  Video #2 (BOTTOM): Place the ball on either side of your shin bone (tibia). Start just below your knee joint. Apply as much pressure as tolerable and roll the balls up and down the shin. For sensitive or tighter areas, hold the pressure and flex and point your toes.
