You’ve got a bold exciting vision and set powerful targets —but it’s NOT coming to life. Time is passing by, and what once was possibility is now a feeling of being stuck and wondering if you’re even capable anymore. Here’s why this happens 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 Often, we make decisions today based on who we’ve been —leading to a predictable future rooted in our past. So you can have a bold, exciting and powerful vision: But if you’re making decisions based on who you are today or who you’ve been: you’ll simply repeat the same patterns, behaviors and realities of the past. So, what’s a better way? You make decisions as if you’ve already accomplished all of your wildest dreams, targets and goals. When you do this: ➡️ Today’s bold decisions seems like a no-brainer. ➡️ You collapse the time to get from “here” to “there.” ➡️ You’re constantly leaving today’s comfort zone to create tomorrow’s future. ➡️ And most importantly —you quit the bullshit, stop playing small and go “all in” on yourself. Make no mistake: This one technique will change your game, 10X your growth and put you in a state of unstoppable momentum. Double tap if you’re committed to making bold moves today —knowing the future version of yourself knows exactly what you must do! 🚀

📆 Overcome Daily Update #share your thoughts 💭 #overcomers...#activelistening...yes we are talking about it again today... why? Because this is the one thing that can truly help in creating better communication all together. If your a leader sometimes you may put the listening to the side and delegate or just put others thoughts and ideas aside due to the task at hand or another reason. But here are 4 things that may help in becoming an even better leader and possibly influence your team to become even better and stronger 1. Quiet the inner thoughts- as a leader you may have all the answers, right? not really. Trust when I say I have been in the position where I wish I have taken into account others thoughts and ideas. Stop your mind for one minute and take in what others are saying as they are speaking 2. Put others first - it’s not always about your idea or way of doing business that will get the tasks completed. ask open-ended questions that help reveal the reasoning behind listeners' needs. However keep things on track and avoid losing focus on what needs to be accomplished 3. Train your people - on how to listen as well. Changing how we listen to others requires changing our own way of doing business as well 4. Be the example - model the behavior of what you are looking to portray within the organization. If your not doing it neither will your team . . . 📺 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCObbw48efkqol0N1-PgZP2A . . ✍🏻 https://www.overcomehq.com . . https://link.medium.com/QFRmBgm55V . . ☝️ Help support upcoming events and missions https://www.bonfire.com/pennies-4-people-project/ . . . #stayhumblestayhungry#lead#inspire#drive#leadership#motivation#engage#challenge#success#leader#vision#encouragement#goals#influence#truth#selfimprovement#selfawareness#people#value#development#wisdom#influence#coach#hearing
The Famous Great Redwood Forest 🌲🌲 Visiting the REDWOODS was such a wonderful experience! To know something so natural covers this earth and has been through fires, storms, and ecosystem destruction. Located entirely within Del Norte and Humboldt Counties, which we drove through driving the whole coast down from Seattle to San Francisco. Within those counties is four parks and together they protect the 45% of all remaining coast redwood Sequoia old-growth forests. Some of the oldest trees in the country still stand tall amongst the forest, totaling at least 38,982 acres. The trees are the tallest and one of the most massive tree species on Earth and I'm forever grateful for having the opportunity to see them up close. #xoxo#mrsdavis
