Wer hat Lust auf gefüllte PROTEIN QUARKTASCHEN? Alles was Ihr für diese Leckerei braucht ist..... Für 6 große Taschen (12 kleine) - 200g Magerquark - 60g Proteinpulver nach Wahl - 1 EL Kokosmehl entölt - Flavdrops Vanille oder Vanillearoma - Süßstoff - ca. 50ml Mandelmilch - Mehrkornwraps  Optional: (im Video!) - geschnittene Banane + zuckerfreie Schokoraspeln + gehackte Mandeln - gefrorere Beerenmischen - oder nach Belieben  Gebt den Quark in eine Schüssel und vermischt ihn mit den übrigen Zutaten. Dann nehmt Ihr 1 Wrap und schneidet ein Quadrat heraus - nun halbiert oder viertelt Ihr ihn. Gebt nun etwas von der Quarkfüllung in die Mitte 1Teigstücks und lasst dabei noch ca.1cm Rand frei - optional könnt Ihr zusätzlich noch Früchte oder Nüsse Eurer Wahl hinzugeben. Nehmt nun ein zweites Teigstück und feuchtet die Ränder etwas mit Wasser an und legt es auf das andere. Drückt die Ränder fest zusammen, mit einer Gabel geht es im Übrigen am Besten!  Wenn Ihr alle Eure Taschen befüllt habt, legt Ihr die Quarktaschen auf ein Backblech und schiebt es in Euren vorgeheizten Ofen. I do not usually eat this much food but I am trying to eat more as sometimes I don’t eat at all until 1 pm and that is not good when you exercise daily (and no I’m not fasting either) . This was a huge meal day and I managed to photograph and track it all! I’d like to do this more to give you guys ideas but sometimes I don’t have the time. I will not be eating anything else until tomorrow morning now. Which will technically be around a 14-15 hour fast depending when I wake up. . Heute bekommt Ihr von mir ein Rezept für das wahrscheinlich beste LowCarb/LowFat Brot auf Youtube:  Die Zutaten: - 50g Mandelmehl entölt - 15g Kokosmehl - 10g Flohsamenschalen - 200g Magerquark - 2 Volleier - 3 Eiklar - 1/2 Pck. Backpulver - Prise Salz  Zunächst gebt Ihr die Eier, das Eiklar und den Magerquark in eine Schüssel und rührt die Masse mit einem Quirl gut durch. Dann gebt Ihr die restlichen Zutaten hinzu und mixt erneut alles durch. Nun kommt der Teig in eine eingefettete Backform und wird anschließend bei 160° für ca. 40-45min gebacken.  Nach Ablauf der Backzeit schaltet den Ofen aus und lasst das Brot bei geschlossener Tür noch ca. 20-30min auskühlen.  Mit den angegebenen Zutaten bekommt Ihr aus dem Brot ca.12-15 Brotscheiben!  Die Nährwerte für das gesamte Brot: 621 kcal - 81g Protein - 19g Kohlenhydrate - 19g Fett  Viel Spaß beim Ausprobieren & einen guten Appetit ;-) P.S. Lets talk about protein! . Ladies - newsflash: it’s SUPER important to get enough protein in your diet, yet many of us don’t! . If you’re anything like how I used to be, you eat cereal or toast for breakfast, get hungry almost immediately, and you snack and crave all afternoon! . Chances are pretty good that this happens because you aren’t getting enough protein at key times in the day! This was my life for so long, and only when I discovered a few key things, did this change for me! . 1) eat protein at breakfast! Whether it’s eggs or a yogurt parfait or a shake - get that protein in there to keep you full! 2) lunch - protein and veggies are so key at this time of day - plus a good, healthy carb! 3) snacks! OMG it’s so easy to just eat junk in the afternoon, but this doesn’t have to be your life! Greek yogurt, protein bars, egg bites - whatever you pack, make sure it packs a protein punch 😉 . I started this journey the end of June 2018 at 315 lbs, currently 235 lbs. I think I’m more ashamed by the fact I got to that point pictured in the left then excited about the results thus far. The journey is not over by any means. The goal is still to see some damn abs this year. Things I’ve learned so far; don’t let someone tell you that you can never change.  Anyone can make a change and follow through with it. Results take time and consistency. You are going to mess up at times but get back to the grind and stay true to yourself. Finding the right motivation is awesome to get you started, but you won’t always have motivation. I’ve found that discipline has become the key driver in moving towards my goals. Set aggressive benchmarks to keep you pushing hard but know you will have stalls and setbacks. Use those as learning tools and come out smarter and with a sense of humor.  Thank you to @zootowncrossfit for having an amazing community, facility and coaches. If you want a place to workout that brings accountability to you but without judgment then that’s the place to make gains and friends.
