This is probably the first time since new year I've made a cake just for fun, something I fancied doing rather than rushing to knock out 3 or 4 at once. Post work out meal! Also had plain Greek yogurt with fruit ๐Ÿ˜‹ so far so good with tracking cals. I feel much more energized and I’ve not been restrictive at all! Pictures speak louder than thoughts ๐Ÿ’ญ. - I don’t usually share my macros but I feel like it’s a huge part of my journey and where I’m at right now (but they change!). My current weight is 2 lbs lower than when I was 10 weeks out and I’m eating more. Competing is pretty pricey but one of the best things I did was continuing to pay a coach @andrewnpardue ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ for my reverse. The strides I’ve made in my hormones and metabolism are worth every penny, regardless of my body composition. - It’s hard seeing the scale go up. Let’s be real, no matter how much I know I need to gain weight, there comes a point where I start to get uncomfortable. I remember being at the end of prep and none of my clothes fitting. I actually was more self conscious of how I looked then than I actually do now. Although, progress pictures are a little harder to take. - I’m happy. I’m healthy. I’m strong. I’m LIVIN’. What more could I ask for? The scale doesn’t define me. Here’s to hoping most of the weight gain is muscle ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ. #transformationtuesday #apfitness
Oh my days....๐Ÿ˜ It was my choice of coffee shop today for a little treat with the hubby.... so we headed up the road to @theyardcoffeeshopbistro in Wickersley!  They have @forgeroasters coffee and an epic selection of cakes ๐Ÿฐโ˜•๏ธ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ The size of my scone was off the chart and I’ll admit it almost defeated me but I’m no quitter ๐Ÿ˜‚ Just look how they served it ๐Ÿ˜... and they even warmed it first ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ. As much as I would love to listen to my hunger ques, I have to be really careful. My ED is very quick to tell me “your not hungry” and then when I am more hungry won’t allow me to eat more! It’s so important in recovery to stick to a guideline meal plan so that you are Atleast getting the minimum you need + then you can work on eating more if you do feel hungrier! Practicing listening and responding by eating more is how we will get that freedom. Don’t be afraid of hunger, it’s there for a reason . Everyone needs a lot of fuel to function + live life to the fullest. Restriction doesn’t only affect your body but it affects your mind too. Allowing yourself to be satisfied + full will open up SO much mental space ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’– #sourdough #fuel

There' so much buzz about food intolerances lately. But I’m proud of my journey and no longer ashamed of my body. I’ve always struggled with my weight but for the first time I see the light at the end of the tunnel!! . The guy on the right was going thru some major stuff and was just kind of miserable with everything and it showed! I knew I needed to change something! There are some things that you can control and somethings you can’t...my body and what I put into it is something I CAN control! . Cut to 4 months later with @crossfitaddison and a little over 3 months with my #nutritionist @stephanyosorto_icoach and dropping 25 lbs and I’m already in the best shape of my life! It has been a slow process but patience is key!!! . There is no magic pill or over night formula, just hard work and discipline!! I still have a ways to go and I know my belly will take some time to go away completely but I cant wait to see what happens with my body at 6 months and a year!!! My confidence and self esteem is slowly coming back and I am so grateful for that.”

I’m not going to lie and tell y’all this is the best I’ve ever Felt. I feel freaking fluffy man. I had to work dam hard this entire year to UP my calories, to life heavy, to trust the freaking process. I’ve gone through weird ass stages where I just didn’t  feel good. We already started cutting a bit of food so we will see how my body will react to this cut. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € Ironically I was talking to @katlynnelifts about this on our lifting session last Saturday. Her words were huge reminders that this will be the BEST thing I could have done to my body. In order to build the muscle that I needed, in order to get back to homeostasis, in order to GROW. You can’t grow with little food and cardio. ITS JUST NOT POSSIBLE. I know I’ve put on muscle. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € Anyhow, this is what my morning looks like every day. ( except when I rest). Lifting and going to the gym is so so therapeutic for me that I absolutely need to come here. I always tell people that the aesthetics come second to me. As crazy as it sounds, the gym is always my priority because it’s a lifestyle. Not punishment, not because “I have to go” but because it is my Escape!(one of them at least) So how r u starting your morning? LET YA GIRL KNOW.

RECEITA: Ingredientes: 1 ovo, 3 claras, 1 xícara de farinha de coco, 1/4 de xícara de aveia em flocos, 2 colheres de sopa cheias dd xylitol (pode usar outro), 2 colheres de sopa cheias de pasta de amendoim, canela e gotas de chocolate a gosto. โ € โ €  Modo de fazer: misturar tudo com uma espátula, fazer bolinhas e colocar em uma frigideira antiaderente ou untar com óleo de coco. Assar por uns 15 minutos a 180graus (cuidado pra não queimar embaixo) e pronto! โ € โ €
