Losing weight is simple (not easy, but simple). You know what’s tougher? Staying in shape! For most of us, who like to enjoy life (yes, excuse ko lang yun kasi minsan mahirap disiplinahin sarili 😂), we sometimes let go of ourselves and enjoy a little too much. So here I am, posting at my heaviest after my bout of serious dieting and weightlifting (current weight is 213 lbs. I used to be 195 lbs). Here’s to remind everyone that it’s perfectly normal and that’s ok. Just remember that “enjoying too much” will have consequences. Don’t beat up yourself. Move forward. Don’t let yourself go and get back to work.
