One week of #if#intermittentfasting what a difference it makes is #disposition in general and in #mentalclarity !!! And it gets progressively easier. The challenge for me is not “getting there”, but being consistent. Consistency is just boring for me. I did my 4 personality test and I wasn’t surprised when I came out as a #rebel well, the problem with rebels is that they will NOT do what is expected of them, even if the person expecting it is THEMSELVES. I know right? There are strategies for rebels, as they are very compassionate, so if they are helping other people because they want and not because they are expected to, then they’ll do it. Well, I guess that is why the #tiucommunity works for me. Started #intermittentfasting this week along with counting #macros and carb cycling using the #fasterwaytofatloss program and I can start to see and feel a difference. Today was leg day and you all know how much I love love leg day (haha) but I know in order to change, I sometimes have to do thing I don’t want to....#life, right? 👍🦵🏼🔥

Went to @leopoldstavern last night for supper and was super impressed to see that pork rinds were on their menu! House fried, with an applewood dry rub and ranch to dip. They were SO good - best I’ve had 🤤 I also had a a cheeseburger wrapped and lettuce! I love when they have keto options right on the menu 👏🏾
