[#Howitsmade] Freshly molded chocolate bars are being topped with ginger salt this morning in the Recchiuti kitchen! The delicate floral notes from the ginger salt really bring out the red fruit and smoking tobacco notes in are semi-sweet chocolate.
#repost @stephiescuisine . 🍽Zero Waste Veggie Burger . Hello Everyone! I know I never tire of preparing different version of veggie burgers. Hope you don’t mind my slight obsession with them! 😂 . What type of food are you obsessed with? I obviously love veggie burgers and Mexican food (as you can se win my feed) . Today’s version is prepared with carrot pulp from this mornings juice. Why throw away so much fiber? . ✔️Ingredients -1 cup of carrot pulp -1/2 cup of chopped sautéed with @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil -white champignons (white mushrooms) -1/2 cup of caramelized onions -1 garlic clove finely minced and sautéed with a drizzle of avocado oil until lightly translucent -1/2 cup of @edenfoods aduki beans -1/4 cup of @bobsredmill oat flour - @avogel_usa #herbedseasalt to taste - pepper to taste -sweet spanish smoked paprika to taste - paleo vegan bbq sauce to taste . Pulse everything lightly in a food processor. Careful to no overprocess as it becomes too soft. Form the burger once the ingredients are mixed but not homogeneous as it changes the texture in the burger. Remember to always lightly pulse. Grill the patty with a drizzle of avocado oil. I built my burger with @pretzilla buns, @violifeamerica hot peppers cream cheese, homemade guacamole, @bubbiespickles and @wholefoods baby arugula. Breakfast hash for both of us after a gym session. I started off suggesting sweet potatoes and eggs, it turned into something a little elaborate. Sweet potatoes with speck and onions started on the stove top and then in the oven to bake. A little bit passed its best avocado lead me to make a garlicky/ coriander dip. I nearly ruined the fried eggs (my non-stick pan is now a stick pan 😢) but saved two of them for J’s plate and then I crumbled over some left over feta that has been sitting in my fridge for a while. Sprinkled with more fresh coriander. I managed to get it served up without making J late for work! #winning
