I have found more energy, a better attitude, and sense that I am developing a stronger self along the way. Sure, some days won't be easy but it's the actions we make consistently over time that yield results. Here are a few of my 👉🏼BEST TIPS👈🏼 for starting new healthy habits so far this year! We might be in March but it's never too late to focus on yourself and start a healthier lifestyle. 1. F O C U S on positivity- Adapting to change is sometimes stressful but cut yourself some slack! We all start in square one but learn as we go. Stressing out and embracing negativity can make you more susceptible to getting sick - AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT. Find the things you love about your body and appreciate the joy that your physical and mental transformation starts to bring. 2. P L A N ahead - It goes without saying I live by the mantra "failure to plan, plan to fail." But really, I can't emphasize this enough... Planning your meals and making time in your schedule to be active for at least 30 min a day will do wonders for your HEALTH, MIND, & SOUL. Planning meals saves you money and time in the long run as it takes out the guess work, eliminates making unhealthy decisions on the fly, and costs less than picking up "healthy" meals on the go. 3. Q U I T the comparison game - Honey, you are on your own journey. What that looks like for the gal sitting next to you doesn't matter because she's not you. You are in this to focus on getting results for you and feeling better about you; not her. Keep your eyes focused on your own journey! If she makes you feel unworthy, unpretty (is that even a word??), or unpopular, give her an UNFOLLOW. It's ok not to follow everyone under the sun.
