I had a great long day @thunderbirdshowpark today supporting team Tribeca and many other friends. Then i went and hacked henry & he decided to be playful as usual... not surprised. 😂😂 henry the Bronc 🐴
Had a nice day watching the show at Tbird today. I went to the barn after I was done there to spend some time pampering Prize. Got her mane pulled to nearly the right length and I decided to wash her tail since I had a bit of time to spare. She’s just about ready for the show in a couple weeks, just a few things to tidy up and we’ll be set!
In my life, there are some horses which changed my way of thinking or even my personality. Apparently, one of them is Winx, and the other one is the horse I used to ride when I was in uni. To tell the truth, when I first saw Winx with my own eyes, she reminded me of the horse. I still don't know why though. The horse is a bay mare, foaled 2011. When I first met her, she was just a little foal and didn't even have a proper name.I can't say I was a good rider, but the horse taught me so many important things: to be brave, patient, positive, and to believe horses. Neither of us had participated in the All Japan University Equestrian Games, yet we improved ourselves together step by step with other teammates and horses, and at last we even enjoyed the competition. We couldn't win 1st place, but she was so brave especially in the cross-country course, and SHE took me to the finish line. There's no doubt that it was the best moment in my life. Now, she takes part in the competition every year as an ace horse of the team. I still dream of her sometimes. I hope she'll get 1st place one day...!!
