Working with our planet in a #sustainable and #humble way helps us get our big happy healthy and productive hop plants. Nothing means more to us than being evidence-based and responsible when it comes to farming - so we can keep growing these amazing plants for generations to come. (As we work in our own small ways to help our planet heal and back to where it needs to be) Happy #earthday2019 everybody!!!
Last day of the Easter weekend, we've decided to bake cookies.. and of course beer is involved! Using @hogsbackbrewery Queen Bee, which is a sweet English ale with a smooth honey taste. Not sure if they're #bakeoff standard but definitely tasty!
A couple of back-to-brews brews from @anarchybrewco. Thoroughly enjoyed them both, and they'd sit happily in the American Amber category based on taste which is a style I don't see enough of...must admit, I nearly cacked my knickers when I poured out the Tri-Hop, expecting it to be a haze-feast, but then saw Roasted Barley on the ingredients. These lads are from Newcastle, so if they say divn't instead of don't that gets my vote everytime 👍
Happy Earth Day! We at Wash Ashore feel very strongly about Mother Earth! For this reason All our beers are certified organic with no gmo’s. We only work with the best organic hop farmers in the country! Love Mother Earth! #hops#lovemotherearth#earth#earthday2019#earthday
Mojo - Pale Ale - 5.5% - @robinsonsbrewery - Purchased at @tescofood - Pricing £1.50-£2.50 The smell of this one threw me for a few minutes. This smells mildly tropical but I couldn’t pick out any individual fruit. There is a lot going on. The first taste is fruity. Not in a cider like way but a genuinely fruity beer way. It’s clean, refreshing and golden which makes the perfumed fruitiness unexpected. A nice beer which raised more questions than it answered for me personally. A pleasant effort and a nice beer. 3.7/5.
@thefranschhoekbeerco American Pale Ale. . A brilliant chrisp, medium body Ale with a prominent hop taste, bordering on an IPA. The way I like Liberty APA's. A really enjoyable beer for any weather! Will definitely have this one again!
