#brittnebabe21daychallenge My journey to living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle wasn’t always easy for me. Instead of focusing on my health, I would focus on my physical appearance - only. I went from binge eating, to starving myself, to eating once a day and then when that didn’t work, eating whatever I wanted, hoping exercise would save me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ After learning more about why I should make healthier food choices, I began to make results. I became more aware of my body and noticed changes in my mood and physical activity based off what I ate. Because I was consistent with doing things the right way, I became consistent with the results.  Am I perfect? No. Do I still indulge in junk food? Absolutely. But, it is within limitations. . So, when you see my videos and pictures, keep in mind that I am just like YOU. I have to plan and prepare my meals. I also have to workout throughout the week to have this physique. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Fitness is a lifestyle, so for me, it’s not about losing 10 lbs or getting a bigger booty or getting a 6 pack. Finally, have I mentioned pistol squats are my exercise nemesis. Seriously, my least favorite exercise of all time, because I cannot do it lol.
