Marinade for 1+ hours, grill 4-5 minutes per side . 🍯 Honey Walnut Sweet Potatoes . 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 tsp salt Freshly ground pepper 2 tbs olive oil . This weekend I wasn’t in NYC to hit up my favorite (@traderjoes) to grocery shop, so I had @realhomechef set up for delivery today 🏠 and I am SO glad I did! I am in no way endorsed by Home Chef, but it’s definitely one of the top meal service providers I have tried. As you all may know, I love grocery shopping and making my own recipes, but if you’re ever gone for a trip and know it’s silly to shop before because you don’t wanna waste food or don’t have time after, I definitely recommend trying out a meal kit service! 🍴😋 . . This is the salmon with hazelnut brown butter sauce and orzo with asparagus. The brown butter sauce was amazing and not to toot my own horn but I cooked the salmon to perfection. Delicious LA Galbi! I was a little lazy, and Korean pears are expensive so I skipped some ingredients. This version of LA Galbi is one of my simple recipes. If you like a little more flavor, you can add more soy sauce or honey. Also, if you like Korean ssamjang, that's a good dipping sauce! I cooked on a pan but grilling is preferred.
Lamb Chops Night! I marinated lamb chops with some salt, black pepper, olive oil, garlic, rosemary and thyme a few hours before cooking. And then, baked them in the oven 450°F for 10 minutes. It's simple, but super delicious!
