I just think it is so wild that there was a point in time where I believed I could completely wrap both of my hands over one thigh. That's insane! If you would have met me 2 years ago I would still have this mentality. For those of you that have suffered or are still suffering with body image and eating disorders you're not alone!! Every body is different and needs to be taken care of as such! All bodies are beautiful no matter what your brain might try to convince you.

Amazing improvement in just one session. Used to struggle with hip mobility, butt wink and needed a heel-lift to get to parallel. Now we’re getting damn-near parallel in socks! Magic? Hell nah!
