Bien plus qu’une passion... . . Finalement ce rythme de sport est un besoin bien plus qu’un devoir.  Après avoir bien profité de #pâques en famille dimanche hier nous avons repris nos bonnes habitudes et notre routine du lundi matin. . . Un réveil à 8h, avec un bon petit déjeuner healthy, & un réveil musculaire.  J’ai commencé ma journée par un Hiit spécial abdos/fessiers, puis l’après midi j’ai été faire ma course de fractionné dans les marais de Guérande.  Pour finir correctement ma journée, j’ai rejoins mon équipe sur la séance de #fitchallenge ! . . Bien évidemment tout ce sport ne serait pas possible sans une nutrition optimale à côté. Il est important de faire du sport mais pour atteindre mes résultats c’est seulement 20% du boulot! Les 80% restants sont dans mon assiette. . . . At some point a few months ago I decided to stop shaving. Maybe it was to compensate for the lack of hair on my head 🤔. The goal is to keep growing my beard out. Stair Master 👆🏼⁣ ⁣. Good for ... Cardio and HIIT 😅⁣ Not good for ... ‘Building a bum’ 🙄⁣ ⁣. This is what I do on the stair master, interval sprints or Low intensity cardio, Max 20 mins 1-2 times a week. ⁣ .⁣ Not holding onto the handles increases your heart rate therefore increases calories burnt and if you’re using it to create a deficit then I advise you to try this method. ⁣ ⁣. Just simply try 5-10 mins of not holding on, set the speed to a low one (try level 3-5) and really use your Glutes to push down in each step, trust me it will be a much better workout for you especially if you’re used to leaning or holding onto the handles or ... well just don’t get me started about damn kickbacks 😑😂⁣ ⁣. Here I’m doing intervals, now it might look scary but the video is speed up a lot 🤣 I increase the speed for 30-45 seconds then decrease it back down for 60–90 seconds and do it around 15-20 minutes 😅 ⁣ ⁣. I’ve worked my way up on the levels and now can easily sprint at level 25+ BUT I have worked up to this, I started sprinting at level 12 so please if you try this work your way up the levels and try to increase the time you sprint for. . It’s great for increasing cardiovascular fitness and also is often a nice goal to focus on when you want to up the level each week to see your progress. Start by walking and not holding on then when you feel confident start to increase the levels and hold on for some of the ‘sprint’ if you need to but really do try to practice not holding on because trust me you’ll feel it a million times more. .
