Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour 1/4 coconut flour 1 tbsp arrowroot powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp baking powder 2 large eggs 2 medium super overripe bananas, mashed 1/4 cup agave 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted and cooled Handful of fresh raspberries and blackberries . . Pecan cinnamon sugar topping- 1 & 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 3 tbsp roughly chopped pecans . . 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8x4 loaf pan with coconut oil and line with parchment paper for easy removal 2. In a large bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder 3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, mashed bananas, honey, and coconut oil 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients; do not over mix 5. Scoop 1/2 batter into prepared loaf pan, then scatter berries over batter 6. Scoop remaining batter into loaf pan 7. For pecan cinnamon sugar topping- combine all ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle on top of batter. Top with extra berries (optional) 8. Bake for 40-45 min! Check on bread after 30 min; if it’s browning too much, cover loosely with foil. And never do as I did😏 These healthy sugar free bounties (can I say that in plural?🤔) I made with banana because I needed some extra moist ingredients to make a mixture with desiccated coconut. My first intention was to try out the recipe from another food blog. But they used raw coconut. It didn’t work out the same with dried coconut (obviously), so I had to make some changes. And it turned out delicious 👍🏻 This is how I create new recipes🙃Enjoy! “Snack Attack Saturday” ••• These snack balls are oh. so. good!! Totally appeases that sweet tooth. Kid/husband approved ✔️ I use a food scale to measure. WAY more accurate and then you don’t have to wash a bunch of dishes. Just remember to press the tare before you add each ingredient 👍. ••• Vanilla protein powder 60 g crisp brown rice (~1 1/2-2 cups) 250 g peanut butter (1 cup) 40 g honey (2T) 1 T pure vanilla 1 T hemp hearts 1 T chia seeds 50 g choc chips (~1/4 cup) Mix. Roll into balls. Refrigerate.

Breakfast vs. breakfast - it might sound crazy but you do not need your Cheerios or Weetabix alongside orange juice which has the equivalent of 9 teaspoons of sugar! . Great comparison by my friend @meowmeix. Even if you’re not an eggs' fan, there are so many high protein, lower sugar ways to start your day. A quality protein shake with some healthy fats & greens, greek yogurt with fruit or even a clean protein shake or smoothie bowl or even my overnight chia seed or oats recipes. . When it comes to fruit, eating fruit is a much better low calorie and high fiber option. While you could easily drink 11.5 oz of orange juice, you most likely would not eat 3.5 oranges in one sitting (the equivalent in calorie amount). . More info on each side below: . Left side: 2 cups cereal 1 cup milk 11.5 oz orange juice . Right side: 2 medium boiled eggs 1/2 avocado 1 raw bell pepper 1 small orange . Even if you think your doing yourself a favour by opting for the low calorie special K “challenge” type cereals with their pathetic recommended serving size it will not be sustainable and most likely create a huge burden to your body and mental health. Sugar is not the enemy and the sugar contained in whole food is not created. Selecting food in its whole form will naturally negate a lot of these issues and provide additional health and satiety benefits. I had 3 ripe bananas sitting on the counter yesterday which could only mean one thing... banana bread!! Carrot cake banana bread to be exact💁🏼 After a long week of school and non-stop work, coming home on a Friday and baking is so calming and such a good stress reliever. Recipe below👇🏻 - 2 cups of rolled oats - 2 tsp of baking soda - 1/2 tsp of salt - 3 ripe mashed bananas - 1/2 cup of packed shredded carrot - 2 tsp of ACV - 1/4 cup of peanut butter - 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk - 1 chia egg - 1 tsp vanilla extract Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor blend together the oats until they resemble a fine flour. Add in the baking soda and salt, and blend until everything is combined. In a separate bowl, mash together your bananas until they become a runny texture. Add in the shaved carrot, peanut butter, ACV, almond milk, chia egg, and vanilla extract and stir until everything is combined. Add your dry mixture to your wet mixture and mix until everything is well incorporated. Pour the batter into a parchment lined bread pan and place it in the oven for 55-60 minutes. Let it cool completely before cutting and serving, enjoy! 🤗 #eatwithella

Beat eggs with sugar. If you are not adding eggs, you need to add more milk, add 1/2 cup more and some vinegar 2. If you are not using eggs, it’s better to use liquid sweetener 3. Mash banana and avocado and add to egg mixture 4. Add remaining wet ingredients and combine 5. Fold in dry ingredients 6. Bake for 40 mins in a 350 degrees preheated oven or until toothpick comes clean
