POTATO SOYRIZO PATTIES  Great to accompany with some salad. Also I did not use flour and they ended up not that sturdy. So next time will add flour.  INGREDIENTS  Avocado oil 1/4 white onion chopped 2 chile serranos chopped 3 garlic cloves minced  1 link of soyrizo 3 c mashed potatoes (just potatoes with 1-2 tbsp butter and garlic salt) 1 egg Flour (optional)  DIRECTIONS  1. Heat up a pan then add the avocado oil. Once hot add the onions and chiles. Let all cook and add the soyrizo. Cook all until soyrizo gets a little dryer 2. Add the potatoes and mix all 3. Remove from heat once cooled down add 1 egg and mix all 4. Then heat up a pan and add oil. Do a patty with your hand and then if you are using flour put it in flour both sides. A veces, se cuela en nuestras vidas como un suspiro inesperado , arrasa con todo aquello que idealizaste, imaginaste y que una noche soñaste. Es despiadada, cruel e inhumana. No entiende de sexo, edades o buenas voluntades. La enfermedad es una bofetada ante la la vorágine irreal que vivimos, al son de una canción que tiene fin. . La alimentación no puede curar un Cáncer, quiero dejar esto muy claro. Palabra de profesional. Pero la nutrición es una herramienta básica para prevenir o paliar muchas enfermedades crónicas actuales. Y además puede tener utilidad en bajada de plaquetas, anemias, intolerancias y otras múltiples adversidades que se unen a los tratamientos 🌱. . Por eso este arroz con leche rosa es mi pequeño homenaje a aquellas personas que cada día luchan por sobrevivir y tienen una sonrisa para dar gracias ✨. . Gracias aquellas personas que ayudan como @fundacion_sandraibarra ❤️ . 🌿Ponemos en una cazuela 90 gramos de arroz y cocemos lentamente junto con cáscara de lima, canela, vainilla y una cucharada de edulcorante (azúcar, miel, estevia) . Este arroz es de una variedad india pero podéis usar un arroz normal . Debemos remover cada 5 minutos para que no se pegue a fuego lento. Cada arroz pide un tiempo, aproximadamente 25-30 minutos estaba listo 🌱. .  Os recomiendo que uséis de forma habitual la variedad integral. Y me gusta mirar la procedencia para evitar contaminación con arsénico. . . Recordad los carbohidratos no engordan 😉. (Cantidad, calidad y técnica) . Guten Morgen 😊 Ein schöner Abend war das gestern 😊 [Werbung] Viel gequatscht, gut gegessen und viel gelacht 😂 #obichvielleichtdiebestenkollegenhabe ?🤔 #schleim 🤣 Macht ihr auch mal Teamabende? Oder geht das bei euch eher gediegener zu?  Hier das Rezept für den Birnen-Haferflocken Kuchen:  120g Dinkelflocken oder Haferflocken @koelln_deutschland  1 TL Vanille Bomber Gewürz @spice_bar (selbstgemischt u.a. mit Vanille, Tonkabohne...) 500g Magerquark 10g Flohsamenschalen 2 Eiklar 1 Birne  1 TL Backpulver 20g Erythrit @fitmeals.germany  Birne 3/4 in Scheiben schneiden, den Rest in kleine Stücke verarbeiten. Die anderen Zutaten vermischen , die Birnenstücke in den Teig geben und in einen kleine Kasten Kuchenform füllen. Mit den Birnenscheiben und noch mal mit dem Vanille Bomber Gewürz bestreuen und ab damit in den Ofen. Backen lassen für 45 min bei 160 Grad.
