I am trying to decide what to feed my family on Easter after church. I made this yummy quiche on Christmas Day. I used the Cali’flour foods jalapeño pizza crust for my crust, and it was SO good! #mealtimemonday Craving Chinese? 😁😋 Egg Roll in a Bowl Recipe! 🙌🏻 Ingredients -1 pound lean ground beef -1 bag shredded cabbage -1 bag broccoli slaw -1 green onion -3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce -garlic powder -red pepper flake -1/4 cup low sodium beef broth  Notes- you can of course chop and pick any veggies I just needed something super quick so I bought pre-chopped veggies 👍  Brown ground beef in skillet with one tablespoon of soy sauce. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low until veggies are cooked through and liquid is gone. 🥑 Riquísima receta vegana 🌱 perfecta como plato principal o acompañamiento☀️ ¡ideal para brunch! 👇🏻 -Ingredientes: •250 gr de garbanzos•1 1/2 cda de aceite de oliva •1 cdta de comino/cayena en polvo•1/2 cdta de ajo en polvo•1/2 cdta de pimenton dulce •1/2 cdta de sal •1/8 cdta de pimienta negra molida•8 tomates cherry •1/4 cebolla morada •perejil picado •aguacates(paltas)2 grandes/5 pequeños •opcional limón 👇🏻 -Preparación: Mezcla bien los garbanzos,el aceite, la cayena, el ajo, el pimentón, la sal y la pimienta en un bowl. Cocina la mezcla en una sartén a fuego medio. Corta en trozos  pequeños los tomates, la cebolla y añade el perejil picado. Cuando lo que esté en la sartén haya tomado un poco de color, añade esta última mezcla. Cocina a fuego medio por dos minutos. Italian Sausage Penne Pasta Prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 20 mins Total time: 30 mins Serves: 5-7  Ingredients: 2lbs Italian Sausage un-cooked 14oz. Penne pasta, un-cooked 1 whole onion, diced 1/4 of 2-3 different colored bell peppers, diced 3-4 garlic cloves, diced 14.5oz. tomatoes, diced (basil, garlic & oregano) 24oz. tomato sauce (spicy tomato & basil) 6oz. Tomato paste 2T sea salt, separated 1/4tsp pepper 2 bell peppers, diced 1/8c extra virgin olive oil 2tsp garlic powder 1tsp onion powder 2tsp italian seasoning 1/3 parmesan cheese (grated) 4c of boiling water  Instructions: 1. Add olive oil, onions in dutch oven @ medium high heat (3-minutes). 2. Boil 4c of water and add 1T sea salt. Once boiling add pasta and stir. Cook pasta for approximately (11-minutes). 3. Add Italian Sausage on top of onions, then add all remaining seasonings. Mix around and let cook (5-minutes). 4. Add bell peppers and garlic cloves stir and cover (5-minutes). 5. Drain pasta in colander and put to the side. 6. Add diced tomatoes, parmesean cheese and cover and let sit for 3-minutes then add pasta and mix.  7. Cheesecake léger. . . J’adore ce dessert mais je le trouve souvent trop riche. Alors j’ai réalisé un Cheesecake léger et plus sain pour se faire plaisir et plus digeste à mon goût. .  La recette: 150g philadelphia allégé, 150g fromage blanc 3%, 40g sucrant, 1 sachet sucre vanillé, 3 œufs, 1cas maïzena, 10 spéculos, 70g compote de pomme maison. . Mélanger le fromage philadelphia avec le fromage blanc. Ajouter la maïzena, le sucre et le sucre vanillé. Mélanger et ajouter les œufs 1 à 1. Mélanger de façon homogène. Préchauffer le four à 150c. Écraser les spéculos pour en faire des miettes et ajouter la compote de pomme. Bien mélanger.  Mettre dans un plat allant au four du papier cuisson dans le fond et déposer la pâte à spéculos et tasser avec le dos d’une cuillère. Ajouter la crème et mettre au four 45min. Éteindre le four et entreouvrir la porte du four. Laisser refroidir. Friday night treats - @j.wellness Brown Banana Blondies! When my coworker told me to just throw out the 10 leftover, browning bananas at work i decided to take them home and reduce the waste! I LOVE an organized refrigerator!  I must go through my frig at least twice a day, once in the morning as I'm planning my day, then again after dinner so that I can plan a few days ahead.  I hate to waste, and this helps me figure out how to reuse leftovers and figure out which veggies I need to use up first. It helps me think about what I need to meal prep. I'm also obsessed with transferring things from one container to another to conserve space. Add green beans to the slow cooker. Add sauce ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse until it smooth. Add additional almond milk or broth until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
