Simple healthy Pescatarian diet . My version of potato salad by chef mike 👨🏽🍳👍🏽. Shout to @flavorgod for blessing your boy with some healthy seasoning . All you need is to peal and boil 2 potatoes , 2 eggs boil , use some salt in the water . After it’s done boiling drain it and add some all purpose seasoning organic if you can . Then use black pepper and mayo and vegan butter . Then peak the boil egg and put it in the bowl with the seasonings and last add the flavor god seasoning called “everything spicy” and bam you done 🙌🏽. Don’t laugh but after i put it in my bowl i add a little bbq sauce omg that shit is popping . Try it and that’s how you make the Mike Cruz potato salad and oh yeah half a can of sweet corn lol 😂🌽👍🏽 before i forget . Hope you guys enjoy and stay tuned for more dishes and work outs . #healthypotatosalad#tipswithmike#organic#foodporn#fitness#nutrition#pescatarianrecipes
He didn’t like it 😂👌 @therealroddyfaapito Thought I’d test a healthier version of potato salad mixed plain @chobaniau yogurt with hummus as a substitute to the cream, if u like the tang of plain Greek yoghurt it goes alright if not the salad is a winner without. 150g Chicken Breast (300g for him) 225g Red Potato 50g Sweet Potato 100g Peas 100g Zucchini 25g Baby Spinach 1/2 tub @chobaniau plain yoghurt 10g Hummus @blackswanfoods Calories 575 Macros 65C 60P 7F

We didn’t think it was possible to improve on classic potato salad. But then we met this meal-prep mayo-less potato salad from Lisa Leake’s 100 Days of Real Food on a Budget. It’s got that familiar creamy texture minus the whopping calorie count. Plus, it costs just $1.22 a serving and lasts five days in the fridge. We’ve officially found our go-to lunch! 🔍: Google ‘PureWow Potato Salad’, follow link in bio or swipe up on stories for the recipe. Follow @purewow
Great for summer, this is the Creamy Avocado Potato Salad. This recipe can be found in Angela Liddon's first cookbook called The Oh She Glows Cookbook. The creamy dressing uses avocados as it's base and no oil. For the amount of potatoes I cut up, I like to use two avocados, double the lemon to taste, and add more dill.
