Hay muchos errores que cometemos a la hora de comer, como es comer frente a la T.V., con el celular en la mano, a las carreras, en el escritorio, o nos llevamos un taco para el camino, pero realmente nos hace bien comer así? Yo les recomiendo que pongan horarios para cada tiempo de comida y cumplir ese horario siempre! Masticar bien los alimentos, tardarnos 20 minutos para que nos ayude a la digestión y no sentirnos inflamados ni muy llenos cuando acabemos. I was so happy that there were leftovers of this today 😍 My Dad came to visit and he's doing the keto diet on his own journey for better health, so when I offered to cook for him he made sure to remind me of his keto needs... I came up with this tasty concoction: Breadless Chicken "Parm" - Chicken breast seasoned and baked with fresh tomato sauce and topped with a cream cheese, pesto, mozzarella, and parmesan, and a side of baked spaghetti squash.  For 10 small chicken breasts  Sauce - 2.5 bell peppers (diced) and garlic sauteed in olive oil, add dry oregano, chili pepper flakes, when fragrant add 3 cans of low-sodium canned diced tomatoes (I drained them and ran them through the food processor for a few seconds) bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer and reduce till some excess moisture has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper and onion powder (I would have used fresh but didn't have any)  Cheese topping - 2x 8oz pkgs of cream cheese, 4 tbsp pesto, stir to combine. 3 cups shredded mozzarella and parmesan.  Oven to 375°f Prepare a sheet pan with foil or parchment and grease lightly. Salt & pepper the chicken and lay in single layer. Cover each breast with prepared tomato sauce and dollop with the cream cheese mixture. Spread the shredded cheese on top. Bake in oven for 30-45mins until chicken is well done and cheese top is golden.  Squash - Prepare a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper. Cut the squash lengthwise and scoop out the center strings and seeds. drizzle inside with olive oil, season with salt & pepper and add 1/4 water in cavity. Cover with foil and bake in 425°f oven for 45mins-1hr15mins depending on size of squash. It's ready when you scrape a fork along the inside and the strands easily separate from each other and pull away from the "shell".

~LOW CARB DINNER~ (Keto, gluten free) Today's dinner: these amazing GOUDA CHEESE KETO FATHEAD CRACKERS! With Guacamole (avocado, tomato, lemon juice & salt). It's really good, reminds me of cheese it's 😃👌💯 ~~~~ 200 g of shredded Gouda cheese (you also can use Mozzarella) 150 g of almond flour 50 g of cream cheese (I used 5% soft cheese) 1 L egg 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon of dry parsley 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder 50 g of Parmigiano Reggiano to sprinkle on top  Instructions: Melt the Gouda & cream cheese in the microwave. Add flour, spices and egg and mix until combined. Place the dough on a parchment paper and place another sheet on top. Spread the dough with a rolling pin as thin as you can and use a pizza cutter to cut it to a little peaces and sprinkle the Parmigiano on top. ~OFF PLAN LUNCH~ (Dairy free) I made Deep fried KIBBEH (bulgur dough filled with ground beef, roasted pine nuts, minced onions, Ras El Hanout, cinnamon, paprika, cumin, black pepper and salt) ,A LETTUCE SALAD & HOMEMADE TAHINI SAUCE. As you can see, I ate a big veggie salad and only 2 Kibbeh because I didn't want to eat too much calories and didn't feel like I need to eat more than 2. The old me used to eat 5-6 Kibbeh in a meal and now I feel full after only 2 pieces.
