I’m slowly phasing oil out of my diet...normally, i sauté my veggies in a little EVOO but today i sautéed them with organic vegetable broth and added fresh garlic. Oil lacks nutritional benefits: it is overly processed and nearly all benefits are stripped away. Good morning everyone. Had a rather busy Sunday yesterday and was just too tired to post this salad in the evening. It was a quick vegan friendly salad - although I did add some of that cottage cheese to it later on. And yes I am aware that there have been many strawberries on my pictures recently. I bought loads and I keep buying them. They just look and taste so gorgeous. My kid is obsessed with cucumber so I just sliced one up for him. Leftover of 3 Lemon Garlic shrimp 🍤 from Saturday night, along with half of an 🥑 avocado and raw spinach leaves, with  Pan Seared Salmon With Lemon, Garlic, And Rosemary and oven roasted tomatoes 🍅 on the vine  Pan Seared Salmon With Lemon, Garlic, And Rosemary here is the recipe: INGREDIENTS:  2 salmon filets, about 6 oz each, 1 lemon, sliced, 2 sprigs rosemary, 2 whole cloves garlic, olive oil and canola oil, as needed, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cooking:  STEP 1:  Add a bit of olive oil and canola to medium sized skillet and place it over medium high heat. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.  When the pan is hot, add the salmon presentation (opposite of skin side) down and cook for about 2-3 minutes. STEP 2:  Add the lemon slices, garlic and rosemary.  While the salmon is cooking, baste it with the oil that collects at the bottom of the pan with a spoon. STEP 3:  Your salmon is ready to flip with it easily releases from the pan.  Carefully sfip the filets and cook for an additional 3 minutes or so.  OVEN ROASTED TOMATOES —> /// Ingredients /// olive oil, sea salt, tomatoes on the vine /// Directions /// Place tomatoes (yes, even on the stem!) on a baking sheet with olive oil and salt. Roast at 350 F for about 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and the skin begins to caramelize and bubble. Food prep 🥗 . Lunch - lettuce, spinach, roast pumpkin, roast beetroot and 25g of goats cheese. . Morning Snack - one rice cake with vegemite and one slice of cheese. . Afternoon Snack - 100g of cooked brown rice with a can of tuna before I go and do my workout. . I'll eat this all week at work. The beetroot and pumpkin seem fine in the fridge for 5 days. And I freeze any rice in 100g portions I'm not going to eat within 48hrs and just pull it out the night before.

~ Dress it while it's HOT ~ . That's the trick when making a grain/pulse/legume based salad. . Cook whatever it is, in my case weavil infested organic buckwheat 😂😂🤣(Don't worry I picked them all out). Make your dressing while it cooks and as soon as you take it off the stove and drain it, dress it. . When it's cooled you add all the delicious vegetables and herbs so they don't go all soft and floppy. . The reason for pouring the dressing on while it's hot is to give the grain a chance to suck up and tango with all the tasty dressing. It  also stops your salad being soggy. . So give it a go, but my advice is skip the weavilly buckwheat. 🤔😂

Durch eine Hüft Erkrankung  bin ich leider echt in Schwierigkeiten gekommen, die Kilos mussten runter. Nun ist das natürlich sehr schwer. Wir kennen das alle, der Schweinehund ist gross. Stress und Hektik macht es sicher auch nicht einfach. Nun habe ich Anfang des Jahres die Notbremse gezogen. Und in 14 Tagen schon 5 kg verloren. Имбирно-пряничные панкейки из гречневой муки🥞 ⠀ 🥞1 чашка гречневой муки 🥞½ чайной ложки разрыхлителя 🥞½ чайной ложки соды 🥞1 чайная ложка молотого имбиря 🥞1 чайная ложка молотой корицы 🥞1/8 чайной ложки молотого мускатного ореха 🥞Щепотка соли 🥞1 чашка миндального молока + чуть больше, если понадобится 🥞1 столовая ложка кленового сиропа 🥞1 столовая ложка миндальной пасты 🥞1 столовая ложка свежевыжатого лимонного сока 🥞Кокосовое масло для жарки 🥞Топпинги на выбор ⠀ 1. В большой миске смешать муку, разрыхлитель, соду, специи и щепотку соли. ⠀ 2. В другой миске смешать молоко, кленовый сироп и лимонный сок. ⠀ 3. Смешать содержимое двух мисок. Если тесто вышло слишком густым – добавить столовую ложку миндального молока. ⠀ 4. Нагреть сковороду с антипригарным покрытием и растопить кокосовое масло на среднем огне. Вылить две столовые ложки теста. Обжаривать с двух сторон до коричневого цвета. Повторить то же самое с оставшимся тестом. Добавить больше кокосового масла, если требуется. ⠀ 5. 《免開瓦斯爐的瘦身便當》  烤箱、微波爐、電鍋同時啟動,瘦身便當完成的輕鬆又愜意,與大家分享大致的料理內容: ---------------------------------- 烤箱:烤甜椒及雞蛋。 ---------------------------------- ❶甜椒切妥放入烤皿,撒些義大利綜合香料、鹽、橄欖油。 ❷烤皿的邊邊擺張烘焙紙(或抺油後的小烤皿),打入2顆蛋。 ❸全部一起放入烤箱以180度C烤約20分鐘即完成。 ✍️雞蛋烤好後,撒些海鹽、巴西里碎片(洋香菜)點綴。  ---------------------------------- 微波爐:娃娃菜+木耳。 ---------------------------------- ❶娃娃菜及木耳洗淨後大致切塊,放入耐熱容器裡,撒點鹽並蓋上磁盤(或可微波保鮮膜),強火微波2分鐘。 ❷2分鐘後取出,拌勻,再強火微波2分鐘。 ❸2分鐘後取出,撒點白胡椒粉、香油,拌勻,再強火微波約2分鐘即完成。 ✍️微波時間依每次取出攪拌時視情況增減時間。  ---------------------------------- 電鍋:下層煮全穀米、上層蒸鰹魚醬油雞胸肉。 ---------------------------------- ❶全穀米洗妥後浸泡約10分鐘。 ❷雞胸肉切片,加入少許米酒、黑胡椒、香油及鰹魚醬油。 ❸米浸泡好,雞胸肉也備妥後,全部一起放入電鍋,外鍋一杯水,炊煮至開關鍵跳起時,將上層雞胸肉先取出,下層的全穀米繼續燜約20分鐘即可。 ✍️雞汁可另外裝盒,一起沾著享用。  ---------無關料理的自言自語---------  娘家阿母看了日前貝蒂PO的「挑戰10年對比照片」後問~  阿母:右邊(2019年)那個人是誰?  貝蒂:是我啊! 阿母:是電腦修的嗎?!  連親娘都認不出2019年的照片就是她女兒,是否美肌開太大了🤣🤣🤣
