I got the heavy cream on the side this morning because I had some extra time. I added 4 tbsp to this and it is darker than normal, so I’d say they probably usually add about 6 tbsp... also thankfully they even left a little room (I didn’t ask for it) so I could add my cream! “Can I get a venti iced coffee? No classic, 3 pumps sf vanilla, 3 pumps sf cinnamon. Heavy cream on the side. Thank you!”

I had my very own @the_hunger_diaries moment after my early morning workout. • My dad recently asked me if I could eat bread and I literally LAUGHED OUT LOUD because I eat bagels with peanut butter almost every day 🍞🥐🥖🥜🍯 with some ☕️. • Flexible dieting doesn’t restrict you from eating bread AND when you buy QUALITY food, you don’t ever have to feel guilty about indulging in some bread. I plan my meals the night before and last night I prepared some egg whites and spinach. This morning I reheated it and served it with some @heb select ingredient jalapeño jack cheese grilled inside of a @saraleebread Hawaiian bun 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍💯 So. Damn. Good.
