Pasta salt and pepper pls 😋😋 First time trying @eatbanza chickpea pasta and they are so delicious, I couldn’t even tell them apart from regular pasta!  Stirred in tomato mushroom sauce, extra fresh tomato, baby spinach, and sautéed mushrooms. For this dinner, I used 5 medium shrimp, half of a zucchini sliced, 5 mushrooms sliced, 1c of baby spinach/kale mix, 1TBS of Ghee+MCT, 2tbs of Brianna’s homestyle poppyseed dressing, fresh minced garlic, 1tsp of fresh lemon juice, and mrs dash sodium free seasoning, I used the garlic and onion one. . I marinated the shrimp for 2hrs in the dressing, lemon juice, garlic, and ghee+MCT. Then in a cast iron skillet(after marinating) poured it all in a skillet and sautéed the shrimp and veggies. . For the spaghetti squash I cooked it ahead of time since it takes about 40 mins to bake. But I Coated the inside of the squash with coconut oil and sodium free seasonings and then added just a small pinch of pink Himalayan rock salt. Sometimes I make super delish homemade meals. Sometimes we pick up @chickfila on the way home from mountain biking. Tonight was the latter. My order: Cobb salad, no bacon (just not a fan), with light balsamic. The grilled nuggies taste weird IMO, so always just go reg style. 🥳

Chocolate Maca Oat Bites🤤 Literally ran home and some how through this together cause I was craving some sort of bliss ball thing🤷🏼‍♀️ I wanted to make something with maca because it’s great for balancing hormones and provides energy as well as overall vitality! What you need~ . . 3/4 cup oats 3/4 cup almond butter 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp cacao powder 2 tbsp maca powder Chocolate chunks💃🏼 . . I am rocking day 2 of my nutrition! Check out my stories to see what I all ate today. I feel empowered being in control of my eating.  Where as before, I felt like my emotions were in control of my eating habits.  I am a recovering emotional eater.  When I was sad, happy, anxious, overwhelmed, pretty much any emotion,  I used food as a way to cope.  It made me happy momentarily, but I loathed myself for that weak act later.  This program I am following now actually has a training that deals with emotional eating.  It gives me tips I can use when I feel like my emotions demons are trying to take control.  I am in control. Still keeping it simple this week with this Paleo Beef and Broccoli. Pretty much fail proof which makes it great when you need a quick meal or an easy meal prep. Thanks to @isa.brooks it was even more simple since she gave me a whole bunch of delicious bbq flank steak! Check out the ingredients of the sauce I used below!  ______  6 oz. of Beef Bone Broth 3 oz. Coconut aminos  Ground ginger Honey  Arrowroot  Mix all up and add as much arrowroot as needed to desired thickness.

Look at the zesttttttt 👀😍🍋 Lemon & blueberry is by far one of my favorite combos, and I couldn’t wait to try out this recipe! I adapted the lemon blueberry muffin recipe from @healthygffamily!  I used half unsweetened apple sauce and half avocado oil instead of butter, @bobsredmill egg replacer flour, added walnuts, and used @silk almond milk yogurt in the blend with some cinnamon!! You can select this as your main course plus buffet items at breakfast. @grandmashotels Will let you choose four different types of main courses+ buffet. I found it extremely cheap. The buffet options were not too many but sufficient enough for what you pay. The dining lounge is pretty cool! . . . Who doesn't like satay that too grilled? Peanut sauce topping the chicken satay makes it more juicy. Rice cake is something which I tried for the first time in Bali. It's soft and salty. The satay was too sweet for my taste bud. I think the other options were better for me as I am not a sweet lover person. 3 TIPS FOR WHEN YOUR EATING DOESN'T GO AS PLANNED⁣⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣⠀ Last night I ended up massively snacking after dinner.⁣⠀ I didn't have a lot of food in the house either, so it was cream cheese and crackers, chips, greek yogurt, and peanut butter.⁣⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣⠀ Definitely could have done better, but instead of beating myself up, I relied on 3 tactics that I use with myself as well as with my online nutrition clients:⁣⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣⠀ 1⃣GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK⁣⠀ Actually though.⁣⠀ One meal, one day, it ain't no big deal! ⁣⠀ Focus on the big picture and long-term instead of the short term.⁣⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣⠀ 2⃣GET CURIOUS⁣⠀ Usually, if you've overeaten or gone way off what you planned, there is a reason. ⁣⠀ Go through what you ate earlier and see what might have caused it to happen.⁣⠀ Did you skip breakfast?⁣⠀ Did you not enough protein?⁣⠀ Did you have too small of a dinner?⁣⠀ Are you stressed AF?⁣⠀ Did you get 0 sleep the night before?⁣⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣⠀ All of these are reasons as to why your day might not have gone as planned and should be used as a tool to learn from rather than beat yourself up. ⁣⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣⠀ (Looking back at yesterday, I realized I had just not enough eaten during the day which led to me snacking late at night.
