Hari sabtu, 19 Januari 2019 Gak terasa ya.. Sudah mau ganti bulan, 10 hari lagi. Semangat!! .. Hari ini agendanya banyak saya harus ke 3 kota.., 1. Pagi saya minum protein powder (Korean product) dan siapin stok soybean milk di tas. Takut laper.. 🙈. Protein powder beli kemarin ketika di Korean resto, ini halal √ bisa di konsumsi. 👍 2. Siang, makan pasta setengah. Karena rasanya gak nyaman di lidah. 3. Malamnya, saya beli dried raspbery disini banyak yang jual dried fruit, 100 gr 350rupe setara 75 ribu rupiah, lalu ditambahin coklat serut + sorbey. 4. Sore ikutan kelas yoga di apartemen, namanya yoga di negara manapun sama.. 🤸♀🤸♂ .. Hidup di 🇮🇳 buat saya lebih murah di banding di indo, karena harga pasta 65 rupe sekitar 13 ribu. Kemarin makan di Korean resto biasanya di indo harus mengeluarkan 200-300 ribu, disini cuma 300 rupee setara 62 ribu Hehe.. Tapi ya, namanya juga negara berkembang. Sehingga kesenjangan ekonomi terlihat dan terpampang nyata... 🕸. Having the time to make breakfast with a cappuccino in hand and really enjoy the food you’re eating is my favourite. 😌🙌🏻 This potato and veggie hash was the perfect comforting breakfast for a Saturday morning. . . Here’s how I made it 👉🏻 • warmed up one large baking potato in the microwave for about 5 mins (rotating every 1.5 mins or so) • once softened a bit I cut in half and let it cool • diced onions, red bell peppers, carrots, broccoli and mushrooms, green beans, then potatoes •. Heated a pan and added a large drizzle of olive oil, then all the veggies • added salt pepper, and garlic powder • sautéed until potatoes were golden brown • served while hot@with a fried egg and 1/2 avocado 🥑🥔🍳

I started a low-carb diet a few months ago and it was not a successful experience and I wanted to share with you guys the reaaons why that happened! . First of all I am totally against elimination diets which force you to cut out an entire food group. But I thought that low-carb would not be eliminating, just decreasing the amounts. Man I was so wrong! . At first I was going to be on a Keto diet but I thought that was impossible and I didn't like the idea that I'm not going to eat almost any fruits and most of the vegetables. So I started a low-carb diet where 25% of my calories came from carbs. My total calories per day are 1200. . Again I found myself barely eating fruits, bread, pasta, etc. That did not work either because the moment I had a chance to eat some carbs, I was going craaaaazy, it was hard for me to stop until I'm extremely full! The foods I barely ate while being on a regular healthy eating pattern were my huge cravings on this low-carb diet. . I then realized that this was not right, this was not working for me. When something is not sustainable, I know it's time to end it and I did. I stopped my low-carb diet and went back to eating healthy food and counting calories. I also enjoy any food I want in moderation and I think this is key. . I am not saying that you shouldn't be on a low-carb diet, but all I'm saying is that you should choose the kind of diet that is suitable for you physically and mentally as well. You should be healthy, lose weight if that's your target but also enjoy your life 😊 . . . Here in Spring Lake filling my mind with knowledge and my heart with love. Woke up super early today and took an amazing run down the boardwalk for 7.5 miles. . I'm not training for anything. Just like pushing myself and my body and seeing how I can expand my own limits. . Finished up my run with the single greatest muscle recovery system I've ever tried. .
