Estas galletitas las prepararé para el #14defebrero y quedaron maravillosas y muy crujientes🤤 . Galletitas de limón y nuez, rápidas, fáciles y muy crunchy😍 . Ingredientes 1 1/2 taza de harina de avena  1/2 taza  de nueces picadas Ralladura de 1 limón  1 cucharadita llena de polvos de hornear 1/2 taza de endulzante @naturalist_endulzante 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla Jugo de 1/2 limón  2 huevos 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva o coco Pizca de sal (opcional . Precalienta el horno a 180°. En un bowl agrega todos los ingredientes secos y mezcla. Luego agrega los liquidos y con las manos mezcla y amasa . Con un uslero estira, si se te pega la masa en el uslero ponle harina y estira. Lleva al horno por 25 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que esten doradas (dependerá de tu horno), y listo. . Hey lovelies!  As we are in native and I'm off from my kitchen duties, I thought why not share something quick and healthy recipe with you guys! This is chickpea patties and you can have it as it is or can use it in your burgers or sandwiches too! Soak some chickpeas overnight and your breakfast for Monday will be sorted🤗 . Recipe: Coarsely grind cooked chickpeas. Add in basic spices such as cumin powder, coriander powder, chat masala, salt, a pinch of chilly powder. Add in chopped onion, coriander leaves and a small inch of ginger. Next add 2 spoonfuls of roasted oats powder and mix everything well! Make small patties and shallow fry it using ghee. . Have it as it is or in your roti rolls, sandwiches, burgers along with some veggies and enjoy🙂 . Merluza a la plancha, verduras al wok y tortitas de espinacas  Menudo platazo me he comido 🙈 Hoy he preparado estás tortitas de espinacas como sustituto del pan para acompañar la comida. Y me han encantado, creo que las voy a hacer a menudo. Porque están deliciosas, son rápidas de hacer y para días en los que te has pasado con los hidratos van genial. Tenía las espinacas hechas al vapor, las he escurrido bien, le he añadido claras de huevo y un poco de leche junto con ajo, cebolla, y orégano. Lo he integrado todo bien y he añadido una cucharada de harina de garbanzos. Las cantidades las he hecho a ojo. A la sartén vuelta y vuelta y a disfrutar!  Muy buena tarde ❤

🍪 Healthy cookies moelleux au chocolat 🍪 - 110g de farine - 1 oeuf - 140g de fromage blanc - un peu de lait végétal pour ajuster la pâte - 30g de cacao en poudre - 15g de miel - 1/2 sachet de levure - chocolat noir concassé ==> Mélanger la farine, le fromage blanc et l'oeuf. Rajouter le cacao, le miel et un peu de lait pour ajuster la texture de la pâte (ni trop pateuse ni trop liquide). Rajouter la levure et le chocolat concassé. Sur une plaque allant au four recouverte de papier cuisson, former des petits tas avec une cuillère. Pour les plus gourmands rajouter des morceaux de chocolat sur le dessus. This is another one in my series of comfort food. It's not only heartening but has all the vitamins, protein needed for your body's requirements.its India's own version of pasta. The recipe has its own variations in different states of India. It's a one pot meal prepared by simmering whole wheat  flour bits in a lentil based gravy tempered with spices. This is a Rajasthani dal dhokli adapted from @mygingergarlickitchen. I have made a bit of changes to suit my taste but overall this is one dish that has to be ticked. Meal plan APPROVED French toast 🤤  Easily my favorite thing about Sunday mornings 🥰  Whisk together: 1 egg 1tsp vanilla extract  Cinnamon (Can use some almond milk- I have before but didn’t today)  Dip sprouted grain bread in egg mixture, coating both sides.  Spray pan with coconut oil, cook on medium heat about 2 min on each side or until golden brown.  Top with peanut butter, 1/2 tsp PURE maple syrup, and more cinnamon😋 .  Other toppings I’ve used in the past- banana, blueberry, strawberry.  Or my homemade blackberry sauce which is AMAZING👇🏽 . 1 cup blackberries 1 T all purpose gluten free flour (or cornstarch) 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup  Bring all ingredients to a boil while whisking occasionally. Boil for a few minutes. Reduce heat to medium and continue whisking occasionally until it thickens to your liking. Try this amazing Avocado Mousse: -1 large ripe avocado (halved, pitted) -1 medjool date, pitted (or up to 3 dates to sweeten it more) -1 very generous tablespoon raw cacao powder -⅛ teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla extract -⅛ teaspoon cinnamon -¼ cup (50 ml) nut milk (homemade or store-bought), coconut water, or water -A pinch of sea salt  How to make:  Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
