One of my fav & easy to make breakfast options/ snacks! High in protein & healthy fats, low in carbs & super filling! I like to make a few batches on Sunday and have them ready to grab & go FTW! Egg Muffins (to make 4) -3 egg whites + 2-3 eggs, whisked -1/4 cup chopped onion -1/4 cup chopped broccoli -Small handful spinach, chopped -Spices: salt, pepper, oregano, chili flakes ——— -Preheat oven to 350F -Spray muffin tin with olive or avo oil and fill halfway with veggies -Pour the whisked eggs (with spices) to the top -Bake ~20 minutes until cooked through

• weekends are made for brunch • I didn’t get a chance to share my brunch from yesterday so here it is! I seriously was dreaming about this meal on Friday night! I woke up yesterday so excited to make myself a really delicious balanced meal! It didn’t go exactly how I planned though... I wanted an omelet & I sprayed my pan well but the pan clearly didn’t want me to have my perfect omelet, so instead I made an egg scrambler & it was just as good! . . . . . Here’s what’s on my plate: an egg scrambler with spinach, tomato, onion, & cheese, breakfast sausage links, and a small amount of raspberries 😋
Returning to my normal content after a wonderful vacation and instagram hiatus. K & I slept in until almost 10 o’clock this morning, it was our first night back in our bed after two weeks, so it was needed. Who’s ready for some Sunday brunch? ☕️ My newest discovery for easy to make breakfast is chia seed pudding! It fills me up as much as oatmeal but doesn’t cause me to bloat. Chia seeds and almond milk is all you need for this crazy, weird meal. It took me a few tries to figure out the perfect ratio but now I just keep adding until it thickens. Stir well and in the fridge it goes for a few hours or over night. ČOKOLÁDOVÉ PALAČINKY S LESNÍM OVOCEM Ingredience na 2 porce: ·75 g hladké mouky ·špetka soli ·1 lžíce holandského kakaa ·150 ml mléka ·1 vajíčko Na náplň: ·250 g tvarohu ·200 g lesního ovoce ·moučkový cukr navrch Jak na to? V misce si spolu smícháme mouku, sůl a kakao. Poté mouku vyšleháme spolu s mlékem a nakonec zašleháme vajíčko. Palačinky smažíme na rozpálené pánvi s trochou oleje.
