Dinner - well I’m calling it dinner, I am pretty sure I’m going to munch on something else later. - Roasted veggies, I used some honey to drizzle over before baking. Cubed up salmon fillets and mixed with green pesto and then added to wholegrains/quinoa mix, job done ✅. One of my fav & easy to make breakfast options/ snacks! High in protein & healthy fats, low in carbs & super filling! I like to make a few batches on Sunday and have them ready to grab & go FTW!  Egg Muffins (to make 4) -3 egg whites + 2-3 eggs, whisked -1/4 cup chopped onion -1/4 cup chopped broccoli -Small handful spinach, chopped -Spices: salt, pepper, oregano, chili flakes ——— -Preheat oven to 350F -Spray muffin tin with olive or avo oil and fill halfway with veggies -Pour the whisked eggs (with spices) to the top -Bake ~20 minutes until cooked through

Here’s an easy kid-approved breakfast recipe.  I owe this one to my friend @shannonw_stylist for reminding me what an easy breakfast this makes. 😍And the awesome part: this makes breakfast all week!  Who else has crazy mornings getting out the door with kids? 🙋🏻‍♀️ Hope these help! . . I greased a muffin to with olive oil, cooked some bacon (to entice the 7 yr old) and sautéed some broccoli and tomatoes (to add some nutrient density). You could even use dinner leftovers - ground turkey, asparagus, sweet potato... whatever you and your family fancy.  I also added a little cheese Parmesan cheese. 🥦 🍅 🧀 🥓 . . Portion your fillings into the 12 muffin tins, then add scrambled eggs (I mix whole eggs and egg whites at a 1:2 ratio for added protein while utilizing the nutrient dense yolks) 🥚 . . Broil in the oven on the middle rack for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Lo único que necesitas para hacerte este súper desayuno es: . 🍫 2 rebanadas de pan integral, yo use @saraleebread 😍 🍫 2 claras de huevo 🍫 1 cda de cocoa @hersheys 🍫 1 cda vainilla 🍫 Stevia o Splenda (1-2 sobres max) 🍫 Canela en polvo al gusto 🍫 OPCIONAL: 1 cda de proteína de chocolate en polvo. Esta opción es simplemente aumentar la cantidad de proteína en mi desayuno. . Ahora hacerlos es lo más fácil del mundo! En un bowl bate con un tenedor súper bien las claras con la cocoa, vainilla, canela y stevia. Remoja tus panes hasta que absorban toda la mezcla. Pon a calentar un sartén con Teflon y agrega un poco de PAM para que tus panes no se peguen y listo!  Cocínalos a fuego medio hasta que estén doraditos o bien cocidos y yummmers pa dentro 🤪 . I woke up yesterday so excited to make myself a really delicious balanced meal! It didn’t go exactly how I planned though... It fills me up as much as oatmeal but doesn’t cause me to bloat. ⁣⁣⁣ Chia seeds and almond milk is all you need for this crazy, weird meal. It took me a few tries to figure out the perfect ratio but now I just keep adding until it thickens. ČOKOLÁDOVÉ PALAČINKY S LESNÍM OVOCEM  Ingredience na 2 porce: ·75 g hladké mouky ·špetka soli ·1 lžíce holandského kakaa ·150 ml mléka ·1 vajíčko Na náplň: ·250 g tvarohu ·200 g lesního ovoce ·moučkový cukr navrch  Jak na to? V misce si spolu smícháme mouku, sůl a kakao. Poté mouku vyšleháme spolu s mlékem a nakonec zašleháme vajíčko. Palačinky smažíme na rozpálené pánvi s trochou oleje. Hotové palačinky naplníme tvarohem, zabalíme a navrch přidáme rozehřáté lesní ovoce.
