Goan Fish Curry is a staple in my house. It’s tangy, creamy, a bit spicy, and very satisfying. I know Indian spices can be intimidating but there are about 7 staple spices and if you have these your good! (cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, curry powder, mustard seeds, cumin seeds). In Singspore you can get these spices at any grocery store along with the curry leaves used in this recipe.⠀ This Dish is #paleo and #whole30. It goes great with cauliflower rice or a side of greens. White fish works best for this recipe and I usually go with Barramundi. Hope you guys enjoy this as much as I do!⠀ ⠀ Ingredients:⠀ ⠀ 3 Fish Filet⠀ 1 tbsp coconut oil⠀ 1 tsp. Mustard Seeds⠀ 3-4 Dry Red Chili broken in half⠀ 1 Onion – chopped⠀ ½ tsp. Garam Masala⠀ 1.5 tsp. coriander powder⠀ 1.5 tsp. Cumin powder⠀ ¼ tsp. Turmeric powder⠀ ½ tsp. Curry Powder⠀ 1 Chopped Tomato⠀ 1/2 can full fat coconut milk⠀ 10-15 Curry Leaves⠀ 2 tbsp. tamarind (can sub a bit of lemon juice if you don’t have this)⠀ Salt to taste⠀ Chopped Cilantro⠀ Water if needed⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Preparation:⠀ season fish with salt & a bit of turmeric. Let sit while you prepare the gravy.⠀ ⠀ Heat 1 - 2 tbsp of coconut oil. Once heated up, add the mustard seeds along with the dried red chili and curry leaves. Cook until the mustard seeds start to pop and the curry leaves and chili sizzle. Careful, mustard seeds can splatter when hot! Add the onion and sauté till soft. Next add your dry masalas (all the powders)and let them roast a bit to let the flavors release. Add tomato and a little water and let cook for 2-3 minutes. Next add Coconut Milk.⠀ Last add tamarind, and salt to taste.⠀ If you want some more heat feel free to add some chili powder. Time to add the fish filets. It is such a beautiful continuance of legacy that I am constantly being taught by this beautiful life that changed my world forever—making it better than ever, making me who I am today, having purpose and love and patience and everything beautiful in this world, most importantly, contentment. We don't shop at regularly Wal-Mart anymore for many reasons, but one reason is price. First cart is Aldis and what you can't see is the child's part of the cart is crammed full, as well as the big pack of water underneath. Second pic is our Wal-Mart trip we have to make, but we have it down to 1x/month and 15 minutes!!! Any guesses to the price difference? $67 for Aldis and $81 for Wal-Mart!!! Granted we have kombucha in the Wal-Mart cart but we also have produce and FOUR packages of chicken breast and ground turkey in the Aldis! Additionally, Aldis carries an awesome organic line now that is actually good for you, taste Good, and it cheap as heck. Now I know many of you don't have Aldis, but it would be worth a trip.....especially if you created a carpool and took turns each week going. Can't do that? Have you checked into buying produce and/or meat from local farmers or at least the seasonal farmer's market? We also supplement our shopping with both a toxin-dree shopping club and Amazon's subscribe and save. We have not only saved our family money and gotten our home/bodies healthy, but we save nearly 90 hrs of shopping time PER year! 😁😁😁 #reallifereboot

I need to talk about this little beauty right here. I am always sleep deprived (hello night shift, and I have 3 kids) so I am always looking for a way to help me get the most sleep. I’m not a big fan of taking things to go to sleep, but when I keep waking up wide eyed at 4 am, I had to try something new. My Sleep spray is it y’all. I DID IT. Flourless Protein Waffles and they were so freaking delicious 😋 5th times a charm?! 🤣 Jk only the 2nd time with my new waffle maker and I’m officially addicted. Every other time tasted delicious just was either sticking, slightly burnt or BOTH 🙃 I blame the ancient waffle maker.....These took literally 5 mins to prep and cook! #alwaystimeforbreakfast Recipe below made two decent sized waffles! I gave one to Jacques and he loved. Topped with fresh organic strawberries and drizzled with Agave syrup 🥰 You’re welcome in advance ;) Bet you cant eat just one... every damn day!! #addicted I am awful for measuring so here’s my version of a recipe: -2 scoops of Arbonne Protein Shake mix Vanilla (20g #vegan & #glutenfree protein) -1 scoop of Arbonne Protein Boost (ps this is just 10grams of pure pea protein, no sugars, 1g carbs, tasteless) -1 scoop of Arbonne Fibre Boost -maybe a 1/4 cup of Almond milk -maybe a 1/4 cup of Egg Whites Keep adding a little more of each until you get the consistency of pancake batter you like ;) -1 tsp or so of baking powder (add a bit more if want them fluffier) -dash of cinnamon -couple drops of pure vanilla extract This time I also added a large spoon full of melted almond butter to the batter. Pour half the batter in and cook for approx 2mins (DON’T LIFT EARLY 🤣. This is key) and voila! #masterpiece *Waffle maker was $30 from Walmart and works perfectly 🙏🏼

Just over a year ago I started looking at different ways to reduce toxins inside our home. I have learned about SLS, trislocan, synthetic fragrance and DEA and the harm they can cause our bodies. I have battled out of balance hormones in my past, and I don’t want that for my kids. So I chose to slowly remove them from our home. We have replaced Shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, creams and makeup. The result is we are sick way less and we save money (I make some in minutes)! I am grateful we have options! I encourage you to google the ingredients to see for yourself!
I wanted to share this book on here because I think it is an absolute must-read for all women! @drlibby is an Australia nutritional biochemist, author and speaker, who is extremely passionate about changing women’s lives through her biochemical, nutritional and emotional approach to health. I’ve listened to many of her interviews in documentaries and on podcast shows, and she is undoubtedly an expert in her field, and so dedicated to her mission. What I love about this book is that she covers health in a very multi-faceted way.
