Day 16 1 561 calories out 3 699 calories in No exercise More than 10 years ago, my left knee and ankle were injured. Though it was recovered, they would still act up every now and then, especially during my pregnancy 3 years ago. I went to see a chiropractor for some time after giving birth, and I was told I need to lose weight and strengthen my muscles. Or, these injuries would keep coming back. I was working full-time and put myself in the work and taking care of my baby boy at that time, so I didn't listen. I put everyone's needs above my own, until I joined a yoga class half a year ago. I started learning how to listen and pay attention to my body again. Today my left knee simply said "No". Yes, I ate a lot today. My eating habits have always tied to my emotions. Instead of having junk food, I chose mixed nuts with no sugar and salt added, boiled eggs and fruit chips dried and baked with no sugar and salt. I know these would still add a lot of calories, but at least I tried avoiding McDonald's, KFC and popcorn. #healthychoices#fitnessdiary#healthandfitness#motivation#fitbitcharge2#learntoloveyourself#hugmyself
One of the hardest things I’ve had to learn to do is to love myself even when I’m not at my best. Whether that’s physically, financially, or mentally. I haven’t been feeling as good lately but I’m working on it. 🙏🏻

🎵 Push it to the limit...Limit 🎶 • • • • When I was typing my caption, I only thought of that famous song heard in the movie Scarface. Granted, the song isn't really what I wanted to talk chat about. • You ever do something, or try something for awhile, and you get sort of good at it, but you still feel kind of lost? Exercise can be like that, and sometimes just doing it isn't enough for hitting our goals. Being deliberate with your time, having a system is pretty helpful, and knowing how is good to. • And when you do accomplish those things, and get the hang of it, you got push it a little more. It is why I thought "Push it to the Limit". You need to be deliberate with your time, whether on the gym floor, or managing your nutrition. • Make the time, and be deliberate with it. The funny thing is.. the reflection that I saw in the mirror only changed when I changed my mind, not when I changed my body. . This year has been beyond anything I could of ever imagined. ✨ 18 months ago I had a huge awakening in my life. I started working on myself from the inside out instead of the outside in and everything in my life transformed, I experienced what it felt like to be truly happy and I started realising I could change my life so dramatically with the tools I started finding and learning and applying. ✨ 12 months ago today I decided to put myself out there, move past any limitations and fears and build a business that will give others the same chance at what I discovered for myself.. ✨ 11 months ago I found out I was pregnant, something I most definitely wasn’t expecting.. and initially I felt like the dreams were going to have to be put on hold for a while, if ever.. and I was so scared to be a mum of three.. something I never envisioned for myself.. ✨ But together with that tiny bean inside my belly.. I decided he wasn’t going to hold me back, he was actually there to keep me going and give me strength. ✨ Growing up I was never good at much, I just wasn’t interested in being good at anything.. so building a business was way out of my capacity.. but when the Why and the mission is strong enough.. they take over, and I found myself doing things this year that I would of thought were never possible for me just a few years ago. ✨ It’s amazing how much can change in a year. Both Jesse and I have built businesses this year.. all whilst welcoming the most amazing new little person into our world.. a person neither of us knew how much we wanted and needed. Everyday I wake up and I can’t believe my life.. those three little people that chose us, are beyond anything I could ever imagine. I get to do life with my best friend, the most amazing man. And now I’m living out my passion as well. ✨ The universe knows me better than I know myself, and everything I’ve been through in life, a lot of what I thought was hard and uncomfortable.. has led me to
