A year ago... Honestly I don’t know how I feel about the first pic...like I know I have come from a long way and improved myself everyday. It’s kinda funny how you don’t see how you really look. And as I’ve read the post talking about the program I was doing at this time and it was FREAKING hard. Crazy ‘cause I did programs lot more harder than that. So proud to be STRONGER now and all I have accomplished so far for me, my kids. Getting healthier & certainly mentally STRONGER 💪🏻 I did all by myself with my health coach, at home, on my fitness “netflix” platform. Lots of support in a challenge group, help me getting motivated and then having determination & never lose sigh my health goals. What would you need to take back your health & fitness routine ?
