When it comes to sourcing protein, you should prioritize sourcing from grocery stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Sprouts, Natural Grocers, Farmers Markets, Costco, etc. . Pink dip! 💕💕 المتبل الفوشي ( تغميسة الفصوليا مع البنجر النباتية )  اللون لوحده اغراء 💕💕 هذي التغميسة جتني بعد مارحت مطعم اوف وايت وطلبنا متبل بنجر .. وبما اني انسانة ممكن اعيش بس على بنجر من كثر حبي له قررت اني لازم اطلع بطريقة صحية لتغميسة بنجر .. فحست شوي بالمطبخ وطلعت النتيجة مرة كريمي .. شوية حموضة من الليمون🍋🍋 وحلى معتدل من العسل والبنجر واللون خرااافي  الديب مرة سهل وبالمقابل القيم الغذائية فيه رائعة .. وتقدرين تقديمنه مع اي شي انتي حابته .. خضار مقطعة, خبز او تدهنينه ع السندويتش.💪💪 المقادير :  علبتين فاصوليا بيضاء  حبتين بنجر متوسطة مسلوقة  ملعقة كبيرةعسل🥄 ملعتقين كبيرة زيت زيتون🥄🥄 ملعتقين كبيرة عصير الليمون🥄🥄🍋 ملح + فلفل اسود  ماء مثلج 🥛  الطريقة :  أضف الفاصولياء البيضاء ، وقطع البنجر ، والعسل ، والزيت ، وعصير الليمون في الخلاط. يُتبّل المزيج بالملح والفلفل ، و الماء المثلج (يعطي الديب مزيج كريمي من غير مانضيف زيت زيتون كثير). ممكن تحتاجين توقفين الخلاط وتنزلي اللي عالجانبين عشان ينخلط كل شي كويس.  القيم الغذائية اذا قسمتي الديب ل 6 اطباق, كل طبق :  السعرات الحرارية : 93 سعرة  الكربوهيدرات : 9.7 غ  الدهون : 4.8 غ البروتين : 2.8 غ  Pink Dip!! When he cries, instead to just walking the floor with him I am alternating calf raises and squats while I calm him down.  May have bit off a bit more then I can chew with this though...poor guy is sick and going through a leap 😳
